Visiting Abu Simbel temples with Ahmed Awad was great! He really takes the time to explain the history of the temples in detail, which makes the experience both rewarding and exciting. You feel that he is passionate and very competent. It was an unforgettable moment, I highly recommend!

The temple complex of Abu Simbel was very impressive and basically worth the trip. During the trip, however, we did not always feel safe because the driver drove very fast. We were with the guide, whom we only met on site, about 2.5 hours on site. That annoyed the driver, and he was desperate to get back. He urged us on the phone to return and also argued with the guide. Probably to be back in time for sunset because of Ramadan. That's why we had lunch packed and had it in the car. On the way back, he raced like an executioner, and we were happy to arrive healthy. Instead of the specified 16 hours, we were traveling for a total of almost 13 hours. We would not recommend this tour.

I had a great day with Ibrahim and Mohamed travelling from Luxor to Aswan stopping along the 3 temples along the way. It was a long trip but worth it. IIbrahim was a fountain of knowledge, kind and patient. All three sites were beautiful but Abu Simbel was the crown Jewel, really amazing to behold. Mohamed our driver was great throughout the day I highly recommend
