Incredible, full of history, long journey
This tour by Ramashka Tours was a great experience. Said (say-eed), our Gour Guide has exceptional knowledge and was offering to take lots of pictures of me and my hisband which was kind. He talked us through the history of Karnak temple, the Valley of the Kings, and Queen Hatshepsut, which is very interesting. And when in the car between places he gave us more history which is great and answered all our questions. The only thing that could be better is if we had more time at Karnak Temple however it was very busy there.
The driver, Ahmed, picked us up straight at our hotel at 4:20am and he offered us drinks, snacks, TV, wifi. He even bought us ice creams and Sugar Cane drinks and he got us a whole sugar cane to take home - was very nice of him. He speaks many languages and was happy to give info to all guests in their languages with lots of knowledge on Egypt. However, he drove faster than i've ever experienced, the whole way, and the roads are terrible so it was making me feel very sick even with an anti-sickness pill beforehand. Truthfully, it felt unsafe, but i believe this is common driving in Egypt. For this reason i would not be able to go to Cairo or somewhere longer because it was very exhausting and a bit scary. This is just because i am very much not used to that lifestyle.
Overall, great place to visit especially if you love history, Egypt, and sunshine.

Breathtaking history
Luxor is an incredible place that I'd recommend to anyone, especially if you enjoy history. Our guide, Said (say-eed), spoke very good English and started us off at Karnak Temple where you can see remnants of 3000 year old statues, hyrogliphics, and parts left from the temple. The only part that could be better is if it wasn't so rushed. It felt like we didn't have time to really take anything in.
Said talked us through all of the history as we went along, and between places he sat in the car with us and explained the next place and also answered our questions thoroughly.
I will say though that the boat ride on the Nile isn't really optional like it claims to be. You don't really get an option to not go. I don't feel like it was worth the money, and would go without if possible. After the boat you are taken to the restaurant for lunch which is a buffet. It was ok, not the best not the worst.
Something to be aware of when visiting tombs and temples is there are many locals inside that will point to something or give you a small piece of info then expect money. We gave 20 LE and they were grumpy, please be aware of this and best to just avoid them if you can.
The driver picked us up at 4:20am and had lots of snacks and drinks to offer us. His name is Ahmed, and he is very friendly. He had a TV in the car and played comedy for a while when going to pick up other guests. He also was happy to give us information about places we passed by, in multiple languages, and he even gave us ice creams and Sugar Cane drinks and a whole sugar cane to take home! The only downside of this journey was the roads are not great with many bumps, wasn't the most comfortable and a little sick feeling, but this is normal in Egypt, not really any way around it! He also did manage to get us home earlier than anyone else would. Great service overall.

The trip was wonderful, the guide was nice and could speak good German, has explained a lot interesting and detailed. Always happy with Romashka

Nice tour, ill-mannered drivers
Nice trip (from 3A tours) to Luxor from Sahl Hasheesh “Old Palace hotel”, however 3 stars because the drivers you go to and back with for 9 hours in the van were totally customer unfriendly (Limousine Desk Services) = o stars
The sights and the car itself were fine and beautiful, the guide also did his best to make it cozy but he only gets into Luxor.
Lunch was really not good, mass and not tasty. We were a small group and you can go to a “nice place” instead of such an unsociable assembly line.
The boat trip on the Nile was fun and we got fresh fruit which was very tasty and a can (note the boat trip you pay extra)
Along the way you stop at shops where people really want you to buy something but what goes off your time at the beautiful sights, that is a shame.
Back at the hotel we also told the tour organization and he went to report it to the taxi bus service.
All in all a nice trip with a friendly guide and 3 drivers who really have yet to learn how to deal with customers.

Amazing trip!
This trip was absolutely amazing. We left around 4:45am and even though it was early, our driver Ahmed was brilliant, he had everything we needed from, drinks, food and portable chargers. He brought us blankets and pillows and he was a great driver. Our tour Guide Said was also fantastic, he was very smart and interesting and told us everything we needed to know and more! I had such a great time on this trip and I loved every second of it, I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant trip to Luxor
Early morning trip was excellent. Driver Ahmed was very skilled through the traffic and made excellent time. Our guide Said was very informative & knowledgable. He made the trip really interesting. The views were spectacular. The meal was good too. Would highly recommend. Thank you both Ahmed & Said for a great day out.

Day out to Luxor
Such a good day! The pick up was early but worth it, the bus had snacks, WiFi and drinks included., Ahmed the driver was great along with our tour guide Said whom was very informative! Worth having a day out to Luxor!

Amazing day
Excellent trip.
Driver Ahmed was great, fantastic service.
The tour guide Said was very informative, answered all our questions and took us to all the best places.
We were a family of five and this was perfect a small group tour. Bus was comfortable.
Would highly recommend to see all the sights of Luxor in a day!

A Brilliant Trip to Luxor
This was a brilliant trip, with an excellent guide and great things to visit. We travelled from Hurghada and that takes 3.5 - 4 hours, each way. There is so much too see once you get to Luxor but the tour covers it all very well. This is well worth going on

Interesting tour
Ahmed, the driver, was lovely an energetic. Always giving us good advices and making the commute as comfortable as possible. He even gave us some snacks to gather energy after such an intense day. Said was our guide for the day. He explained everything really well and reply to all of our questions.
