Orange Bay and Hula Hula
Excellent experience, a big thank you to Ahmed for the warm welcome, Mahmoud for being an excellent photographer, and Saad for the wonderful entertainment and joy. I would gladly do it again and I would recommend it to my loved ones.

Bumpy start that ended in a fantastic experience!!!!
It was a wonderful and reasonably priced outing for the family. Condition: the children go snorkeling. At the beginning, they asked for the passports but did not explain well why they needed them, which caused uncertainty for us and some others. Just explain that a little better, then the trip will start just as well as it was for the rest of the day and ended :) The first stop: Orange Bay is a pure tourist spot where you can buy food and drinks for a lot of money, otherwise the beach is like something out of a picture book!!!!! Afterward, there is lunch on board, which was fantastic. The two snorkeling spots were also great, and there was a strong emphasis on the safety of the people and the reef. Thanks again for the great outing.

Misleading and overpriced.
First of all, I would like to clarify that this is not a luxury yacht tour as advertised. There are about 30 people on board. Additionally, they state that the tour starts at 8:00 AM, but in reality, it begins around 10:00 AM. Throughout the experience, they provide misleading and inaccurate information. We were kept waiting inside the boat at the marina for nearly two hours. They take photos and videos and attempt to sell them at extremely high prices. They inform everyone that their photos will be sent privately to them, but this is not true. After the purchase, they simply provide a QR code that grants access to all the photos and videos, meaning everyone can see everyone else’s content. In fact, if one person buys it, others can use the same QR code as well. They also constantly request tips. First, they ask whether you enjoyed the experience, and then they pressure you into giving a tip. On top of that, they encourage guests to leave Tripadvisor reviews and insist that everyone give a 5-star rating. This is likely why their ratings appear much higher than they should be. I had read the reviews beforehand and saw a few negative comments, but I did not take them seriously. After experiencing it myself, I can say that this tour was a complete disappointment. My advice is to avoid this tour altogether. First of all, I would like to clarify that this is not a luxury yacht tour as advertised. There are about 30 people on board. We had to wait almost two hours in the boat at the marina. Photos and videos are taken, which are then sold at completely inflated prices. Guests are told that their photos will only be made available to them personally, but that is not true either. After the purchase, one only receives a QR code through which all photos and videos are accessible. This allows anyone to see the recordings of everyone else. In fact, it is even sufficient for a single person to purchase access, as the same QR code can be used by everyone. Additionally, there is constant asking for tips. First, they ask if you were satisfied, and then you are pressured to give a tip. Moreover, guests are encouraged to leave reviews on Tripadvisor, and practically everyone is expected to give 5 stars. Therefore, the reviews appear significantly better than they actually should be. I had read the reviews beforehand and saw some negative comments, but I did not give them much credence. However, based on my own experience, I can say that this tour was a complete disappointment. My advice: Under no circumstances should you participate in this tour.

The team was very friendly and nice, especially Mr. Ashraf. Everything was very well organized. We were picked up from the hotel and also brought back. I recommend everyone to try this experience.
