Great experience. Unfortunately couldn‘t swim with dolphins, because they were to many boats on that day but at least we saw them from the boat. Happens when the animals live in open water. Always a matter of luck. We did see sting rays and had a great snorkeling trip and trip to an island with Ahmed who is a great guy

The trip was so magical. We have a swim with the dolphins in the sea, not in a park like in Cuba. We went with our 2 children 9 and 13 years old. They provide us snacks and water. They take care about everything. Albert got our youngest kid with him to make him discover all the beauty of the red sea. Mahmoud is a great boat pilot, took time to go and find out the dolphins. Very nice morning everything was on top. the dolphins about fifteen amazed our eyes. our children 12 and 8 years also participated the dolphins passed a meter from us. we recommend this trip really great than happiness.

The guide picked us up from the hotel, he was punctual and immediately made us comfortable. The boat was nice and we could take the time to see the dolphins, corals as well as fish. The guide was respectful and attentive to our desires. He spoke very good English. We recommend this activity with this agency.

I am writing this review in response to their customer service. They alerted us the day before that it might be too windy to go on the excursion the next day. We tried to reschedule but our plans did not allow for us to take the tour. They refunded us promptly and had no issues. Its important to me that a company is fair in its dealing so that you have confidence they will do the right thing, even if they are not going to make money. This company did - thank you.

Cette excursion est géniale. Le prix est assez élevé mais le fait d'avoir un bateau à nous seuls nous a permis de vraiment profiter. Mahmoud a été très sympa tout au long de l'excursion. Grâce à lui nous avons pu voir une famille de 6 dauphins avant de rentrer. C'était génial ! Mahmoud est à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Merci à Mahmoud et son collègue nous avons passé un agréable moment avec eux. Si nous ne mettons pas 5 étoiles c'est parce que à la maison des dauphins il y a pleins d'autres bateaux et finalement cela fait fuir quelques dauphins. A part ça c'était juste parfait. Je vous recommande de prendre cette excursion plutôt qu'une autre avec 30-40 personnes sur les bateaux.

We liked the trip very much! Saw dolphins two times and had a great experience swimming with them! Our guide and captain were nice, polite and helpful. Boat has everything that is needed, especially the roof which is a must if you don’t want to get a sunburn. This tour is much recommended!
