Unique experience offered from Ahmed and his beautiful family. If you want to indulge into Egyptian culture, food, traditions and customs, music and history and you want to have a great unique experience, just book the course. For us it's a memory we will never forget. I don't want to spoil too much from what will happen at the course, but you will love it. We recommend.

As a dietitian/nutritionist, I have been fascinated by learning about the gastronomic culture of each country. I definitely recommend this experience if you want to learn about the culture through a family, their history, as well as exchange perspectives on typical food. The family welcomed us and was very kind throughout the experience. It was also an opportunity to meet another couple who turned out to be from the same country, and we even became friends. I definitely recommend this experience!

We spent a really joyful evening together, and what I loved most is that it's not just about cooking, its more than a class, it's about sharing stories, exchanging culture, and connecting with people! I got to see a glimpse of real Egyptian life, while also sharing a bit of my own. The family was so warm and welcoming, which made the evening even more special. I'll always remember this night and highly recommend it to anyone visiting 🩷🩷

Ahmed and Shorouk welcomed me into their homes with open arms. They shared some cooking tips and we enjoyed great local food together with another couple of guests. It provided an insight into the local neighbourhood and traditions that I otherwise wouldn’t have experienced. Thank you.

I had one of the best Ramdan Eftar experience at Sherouk and Ahmeds beautiful family home in Shobra. It was such a delightful, insight of the passion and knowledge these two couple have for hosting people to share food, culture,history and stories. They are bothe so hospitable full of lief and passion to the small things that make lief richer. We didn't want to leave. It was one amazing night that will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to see real life in differentcorners of Egypt, eat great food in the company of a lovely warm family . If you are looking to dig deeper into modern Egyptian living, look no further! Ahmed and Shorouk have put together a unique experience, off the beaten track, that truly embraces the traveller and provide an awesome look at many of the best parts of life -- food, culture, and terrific conversation. We cooked, from scratch, several dishes and were able to enjoy them with the family in their home. They were incredibly welcoming and warm in receiving / answering all our many questions! Highly recommended -- 11 out of 10 stars!
