The tour was well organized and executed. My flights were on time and Hany picked me up and took me back all perfectly on time.
I enjoyed not being in a big group of people a whole lot because I was able to get a lot of great photos with the help of my tour guides. This is super appreciated.
The tour itself was very good. I was taken to all of the sights and given some great insight on history and culture. I was taken to a local lunch spot which had incredible food and this enhanced the experience very much.
Hany is a great tour operator and excellent driver. This was the most amazing experience and super easy and relaxing. Definitely recommend this to anyone!

Great way to see Abu Simbel
A wonderful day, and perfect way to experience Abu Simbel. Hani, our driver, connected with us by WhatsApp and confirmed that he would meet us in the lobby of our cruise ship. We hit the road at 4 AM, and Hani provided us with a few snacks for the drive. We had a brief wait for the desert road to open, with a coffee/restroom break midway and an opportunity to see the sunrise over the Sahara.
Hani has also arranged for a local guide to be waiting for us at Abu Simbel, who gave an explanation, guided us around the two temple sites and directed us back to where Hani would be waiting near the exit (guides cannot accompany guests into the actual temples).
Hani was waiting and we began the trek back to Aswan. Our day began at 4 AM, and we were back in Aswan shortly after 1 PM. The vehicle was quite new and very comfortable with ample leg room - ideal if you want to catch a couple hours of rest during the drive. Very pleased with this Abu Simbel tour and the services of Egypt Wonderful Tour.

Magical experience in the Nubian Kingdom
Hany leads an excellent tour! I was driven in a super comfortable car from Aswan to Abu Simbel. Hany is an awesome driver and a super friendly person. He was very thoughtful and helped arrange a very knowledgeable tour guide at the monument to provide good history and facts, he arranged lunch at a local seafood place which had terrific food and then got me back on time for my same day flight.

Excursion à Abou Simbel
L'excursion poir Abou Simbel vaut vraiment la peine, même si c'est loin d'Assouan. Les temples sont gigantesques. Notre chauffeur conduisait prudemment. Nous avons eu un snack et des boissons. Notre guide français était sympa. Explications un peu rapides peut-être...
Nous sommes très contents de notre journée. Notre chauffeur nous a emmenés au temple de Philae, moyennant un petit supplément...

The Only Way to Visit Abu Simbel
If you want to spend any meaningful time at the temple complex, use a private driver, and skip the group tour and the 4 am wake up. Instead, sleep in, have breakfast at your hotel, (rather than an inedible hotel box breakfast) and head out around 8 am. Hani picked me up from my hotel in a clean, safe and comfortable air conditioned car. He stopped half way on the 3 hour drive there at a local place so I could grab coffee, and then hit the road again, without having to wait for a bus load of tourists to use the bathroom, smoke, and pick up snacks. We arrived at the temple just before noon as the tour groups were already half way back to Aswan. There were only a handful of busses in the mostly empty large parking lot, since most of the 3,000 daily visitors had come and gone. The local tour guide walked me from the parking lot to the temples, spent a couple minutes explaining the history, and then I wandered around on my own for almost 2 hours. Hani waited for me, and had the car ready when I returned after I spent all the time I wanted at the temples. It was a very pleasant experience. Back at the hotel, I spoke to others who opted for a group tour, and they reported that they were rushed among hordes of other tourists and given only 1 hour to see the large complex. All in all they were disappointed that they spent over 6 hours on a crowded tourist bus, only to have very limited time to take in these spectacular temples. I slept on the drive home, reclined in the passenger seat after taking endless, stress-free fabulous photos. This private tour is the only right way to visit Abu Simbel.

Nice Private Transfer and Guided Tour to Abu Simbel
Clean, safe, private transfer from Aswan to Abu Simbel temples plus a guide at the temples. The company was flexible with the pickup time and location and communicated well. The driver brought some snacks and drinks for us as well, which was nice, and we made a pit stop at a convenience store mid-trip to Abu Simbel. The drive each way is about 3 hours. We also had our own tour guide who met us at the temples and gave us a nice overview of the site. Please keep in mind that guides may not give tours within the temples, so you need to get all of your information from the guide before going inside.
It was definitely worth having our own vehicle instead of going with one of the large tour buses and our driver was kind enough to drop us off at the Nubian Museum in Aswan instead of going back to our hotel. Thank you. Overall recommend!

Great day trip to Abu Simbel
Great communication and easy on time pick up. The ride was in a nice car and we were able to sleep on the 3 hour drive to Abu Simbel (and on the way back because this was day 12 of our 14 day trip and we were just overall exhausted!) We had a driver and a guide. They stopped and bought us some snacks (chips, sweets, drinks). Haney our driver was very nice and very good. We felt safe the whole time. Our guide Mina was very knowledge on Aswan and Abu Simbel. We stopped for lunch at a authentic local little restaurant and it was delicious! Differently worth booking this trip!
