So I traveled alone and I don't speak a word of English and no paper guide as indicated in the ad, fortunately two Belgian neighbors were there.
The excursion is quite fast, I inform you that you must allow 15€ for the mask, snorkel and wetsuit (not noted in the offer)
The guides were pretty good, too bad, just that they didn't speak French, but really engaging and with a few touches of humor for what little I understood 😅
The food at lunchtime was OK although succinct and no drinks included.
The drinks at lunch lack a little freshness and we should at least have some offered.
Otherwise the activities were really fun, the Blue Hol is just magnificent.
The camel ride is worth doing even if it doesn't last very long.
And the canyon is just majestic
For these excursions outside the blue sea, bring a scarf and good shoes.
If you don't have one, don't worry, you'll go through small stores first.
1 small bottle of water will be offered to you
Don't pay attention to the children who come asking for a little money.
Finally, the guides take your photo and offer to buy the photos at the end of the day, which is pretty good for those who travel alone.
It needs to be done but it requires better organization

Gorgeous canyon
Beautiful places. The guide Mohamed is very attentive to the needs of the group. Bring your snorkeling gear and avoid the unnecessary life jacket

Beautiful day between sea and desert
Beautiful day between sea and mountains, many stops to buy things in their premises, a good meal and beach equipment is mandatory to rent if you don't have it.

Good trip
The trip was very good, very beautiful and confort.
Just I had to pay 12€ to rent all the things to dive (really expensive) and 10€ to go to the blue hole, it was not written in the description.
And maybe too much time at the shops.
But thz staff is really kind and here for us.

Simply the Best Day
A an experience of a lifetime. Smart and Mohammed are highly skilled diving and snorkeling instructors- a measure to be in their company. What an amazing day seeing the Coral Reefs, Canyon and so much more. Even overcame a deep sea phobia - Umar held our hands throughout and we felt safe throughout. This is a Must do activity.

Great experience
Was a very good experience, got to see many different types of fish. Our guide for the snorkelling and hike was very nice and helpful, would have skipped the shopping part.

Fun trip
Really nice canyon adventure and snorkeling however too much time wasted at the mall that was not needed. Guides were very helpful even with camel rides, getting on and off and snorkeling.

Bad start, but it was more than made up for
The trip didn't really start well: the tour guide didn't realize whether I had paid for the blue hole. When I showed my ticket from TripAdvisor it said inclusive: entrance blue hole, but exclusive said exactly the same. Great confusion and a lot of telephone calls and a few words later it turned out that I had paid...
Be a little more careful with TripAdvisor!
During the blue hole snorkeling I completely panicked because of the overhead snorkel mask. No problem for our tour guide, he gave me his mask, reached out to me and guided me throughout the trip: a wonderful experience! The rest of the trip was also okay, but the blue hole was the highlight!
