Experience Overall disappointing experience, out of step with the description The organization of this excursion unfortunately did not live up to our expectations. The information about the departure arrived very late, to the point that I had to contact the agency myself to get the details. The bus ride was long and quite uncomfortable, with several stops at many hotels to pick up participants, as well as very loud music along the way. The quad activity was not visible on the app before departure, which did not allow us to book it in advance. We had to pay on site, and the trip lasted only a few minutes, mainly for taking pictures. The camel ride was also very short and took place on a busy beach, which did not offer the advertised experience. The planned shopping stop turned into a guided tour of a papyrus store that was not mentioned in the original program. The return trip was also complicated: the driver stopped to do his personal shopping without explanation, even though the group had already been on the bus for nearly 12 hours. The highlight of the day is the visit to the colorful canyon, a beautiful place despite the crowds. In summary, an excursion with a promising program but a disappointing realization. I hope these remarks will help the agency improve the experience offered to future travellers. Blue Hole, Canyon and Dahab Jeep Adventure
The jeep ride to Blue Hole, Canyon and Dahab was a mixed adventure, with some pleasant moments but several disappointments. The Canyon is worth a visit, on par with the rest of the itinerary, for the striking scenery and overall experience. However, for the part with quads and snorkeling, other operators offer a much higher quality and service. The quads provided were dated and not in perfect condition: mine had the crooked steering, while the one in front of me swung with the rear wheel. We walked a maximum of 20 minutes round trip on a passable path, nothing more. The short camel ride along the sea was nice, but did not exceed 10 minutes.For snorkeling, the rental manager "ni". The only flaw that really bothered me was the handling of payment for the photos and videos. We had agreed 30€ instead of 35€, but without cash we leaned on the POS of a nearby market. Result: I was charged €38, including the original €35 plus €3 for the "courtesy" of the manager. If I evaluate only the excursion, I give 3 stars; considering also the loyalty, I would fall well below.Overall, an excursion with potential but improveable in organization and equipment.
