Unbelievable and stressful experience
Brought this trip, paid for this trip, had confirmation at 4pm the day before the 4am pick up and at 7pm cancelled due to no flights being available. Very poor customer service. Cannot review the trip or the trip to Luxor that was also cancelled the day before, as we were not lucky to experience either. Paid for both trips upfront and still awaiting refunds to the sum of £750. Congratulations Viator for spoiling what could have been amazing experiences and to now ask me to review them, just shows how poor your service is. Unhappy customer.

Great day! Super guide!
Fantastic tour, truly recommended. It was a beautiful experience (pyramids, Egyptian museum, the Nile, camel ride). All enhanced by a prepared and super helpful guide (Gamal). It couldn't have happened better! Congratulations also to the driver made available in Cairo, always ready and friendly. The only very small flaw in a perfect day was the wait at the beginning (30 minutes) and end of the tour (20 minutes) due to the driver dedicated to the connection from Sharm airport to the resort being late.

Great day trip with a few niggles
We had a really good day in Cairo with an itinerary including the Egyptian museum, Pyramids, Sphinx and a Nile dinner cruise. Our guide, Sharif, was excellent and throughout the day we were driven safely on Cairo's busy roads in an air-conditioned van. Lunch - near the Pyramids in Giza, was actually a really good buffet, better than we expected. Only a few things led me to not give 5 stars - our flight back to Sharm was not until 12.30 am, so we paid E£5600 for a Nile dinner cruise (otherwise we'd have had hours waiting at the airpor). We really enjoyed this add on but it was an unexpected expense. In addition, visits to a perfumery and the papyrus shop were of no interest to us and are just commercial stops - however we never got the opportunity to go to the Kahn el-Khalili bazaar as promised. The scheduling for the whole day was later than expected (flight to Cairo wasn't until 11am) so if we hadn't done the cruise we'd have had a rather short tour. Finally, the taxi to/from the airport in Sharm was a terrible service. The driver came to the wrong place to pick up at both ends of the journey (not what you need at 2am) and drove like a man possessed on the return journey. I tipped him generously on the way out as well! Shout out to Asma from FTS who helped us out over WhatsApp before and during the trip and was extremely helpful e.g. with finding the taxi at the airport. Despite the issues above, this was a great day and I would recommend.

Magnificent experience

Best ever Cairo experience
The tour was well organised by KTC travel and we had the best experience in Cairo.Mohomad (Mo) was a great tour guide who explained every place where the history attached to it.Also he helped us to experience the best of Cairo.Glad we choose them.The only issue was the very late flight back to Sharm but nothing to do with them. Covered many places within a day and one life time experience for anyone who come first time to Egypt

Unforgettable
It was a beautiful experience! Nabil, our guide, is a wonderful and very professional person. He explained everything to us in detail at both the museum and the pyramids and led us through the market streets of Cairo. For lunch they took us to a buffet restaurant with excellent local food and the dromedary ride with the pyramids as a backdrop was also unforgettable. At the end of the tour, since the flight was at 11.30pm, he and Mahmoud (who followed us in the organisation) offered us a mini cruise on the Nile with dinner and a show. Definitely worth the trip!
