I share my experience with Book tour Egypt .. fully EXCELLENT .. we booked before arriving at a lower price than what the various tour operators in the resort ask, but apart from the price I can confirm, indeed we can confirm all 8 participants that we had a great time, from the pickup at the hotel until the return, we were assigned as a guide Mr. Benedetto, speaks perfect Italian and is an exquisite person, very intelligent, he really explained everything and more .. accompanied us everywhere, from the pyramids, the sphinx, the Egyptian museum .. and it was really beautiful...

What a day! Book Tours Egypt created this tour and arranged all the tickets, museum entries flights & transfers with no fuss and lots communication throughout. They replied to any WhatsApp immediately which is not my experience of every tour operator!
Highly recommend them!
We had a 4:30am start as we flew from Sharm on the 6:00am flight. So be aware!
A small group of 8 were guided around the entire tour by Mr. Fahme who's a total gentleman and has a fantastic knowledge of Egyptian history, culture, politics and Cairo itself and speaks 4 languages fluently. He also has exhaustible energy because this is a long day trip and he looked after us so well. There were two 10/11 year old boys with their parents who really loved it and kept up with us all day long. Mr. Fahme kept them engaged and involved throughout. That is hard to do over what is almost a 9 hour excursion. We had a great driver, nice mini bus, water all the tine as you will need it! That particular vehicle perhaps needed more efficient air-con, but it was fine..... The Egyptian Museum.... wow! If you want to see classic archeological Egyptian artefacts this is the place to go. Entirely dedicated to that culture. It is a beautiful old building, and it is as you would hope for..... a bit dusty here and there which perhaps adds to the whole mystery of our experiencing the ancient Egyptians. However be aware that all of the exhibits are slowly being moved to the high tech new modern museum......so in a month or so the exhibits will probably be a very depleted. The new Museum opens soon so check with the operator that they will incorporate that museum as part of this tour. Also if you specifically want to see the otherworldly KingTuts exhibits you should first check because 7/9/25 was the last weekend before they are moved to the new home.
Also be aware it has no air con and it's hot inside but they incorporate big fans all around so that helps. Otherwise it's an absolutely wonderful museum..... Then we went on a little boat ride on the phenomenal river Nile around the modern city, so it's not a 'palm tree and desert' Nile if you were hoping for that. BUT it is fascinating to see Cairo this way as a total contrast to the ancient archeology or perhaps Victorian era's depiction of Cairo we tend to think of. Mr. Fahme was extremely detailed in his understanding of the Victorian / Egyptian experience so you can expect a really good discussion around it all! Then a nice and simple but good buffet lunch in a local Egyptian restuarant with a panoramic view of the Pyramids. The Pyramids and The Sphinx are everything you imagine them to be, but real! They are simply breathtaking. We took a Camel ride to a vantage point to see one of the classic views, and that's an experience never to forget. Overall this trip was a a fantastic day for all of us. It is perhaps hard going at times, because you cover a lot of ground, so for those less able it might be slightly challenging, but the value you get from it is worth every sweaty step!!!

US Nee Jersey Connection
Me and my hubby traveled from the US to check out Cairo. We booked through Viator and was connected to the best tour guide, Fahmi. He went over and beyond to give us the best white glove service. He is knowledgeable, funny, and personable. We swore he knew everyone in Cairo. He is quite connected. We highly recommend him for anyone that travels to Cairo!! ❤️

Good experience
Well organized, knowledgeable guide, kind and nice. It leaves at about 3 am and returns at 11 pm in the evening, challenging but worth it.
Personally I would have avoided visits to the perfume shop and the papyrus shop, where they are quite insistent in trying to sell but in the end after a few noes they give up.

Fantastic time
Great experience… ahmed was so knowledgeable made the trip fantastic.. we saw so many things and went to all different places… great day… was a bit hesitant as we were out 22hrs from leaving to returning but ahmed made the day go quick…

Highs and Lows of a Trip to Cairo
Having left a negative rating for the initial experience, I feel it is fair to update my opinion.
The agency contacted me and, surprisingly, they were tireless in resolving the problem. They apologized, interceded with the store and followed everything until the situation was resolved. During the whole process they showed genuine concern, availability and a great effort in ensuring they were satisfied.
It’s inevitable that things can go wrong in any Service; however, it’s the way companies react that makes a difference. In this case, the after-sales Service was exemplary. The agency’s attitude to minimize damage and value the customer has increased my confidence, so I adjust the scores assigned and recommend their services with greater confidence.
Our experience with this plane trip between Sharm El Sheikh and Cairo was mixed.
Which went well:
Transportation from the hotel to the airport was well organized.
Delivery of tickets for the flight went without problems.
The guide in Cairo was very accessible, took excellent photos, answered all the questions and proved to have plenty of culture and knowledge about the city.
Which went wrong (and was later resolved by the agency)
Unfortunately, the guide led us to a perfume store that clearly does not sell quality products. I had the feeling of being fooled, which was very disappointing — especially because it was a guide I had been admired by and even given the biggest slice of the trip.
Less well:
On the return to Cairo airport, the situation was quite disorganized: our group had no ticket issued and we had to walk from counter to counter looking for help. It was a very stressful time.
The Cover that carried us from Sharm El Sheikh to the hotel was constantly on the mobile phone during the journey, in excessive speed, which was uncomfortable and unsafe.
I had had other good experiences with this Enterprise on transfer requests, with friendly and professional drivers. Also the driver who took us from the hotel to the airport on the return was excellent.
I therefore believe that the Enterprise has the capacity to improve these situations considerably. Which was later confirmed.
Suggest: Tourism naturally involves shops and commerce, but deceiving customers in a rude way destroys trust. I do not believe that this represents the Egyptian population, but rather a bad Service rendered by some. If these flaws are corrected, tourists will feel respected and will want to return.
In conclusion, I maintain my intention to return, make a new trip to Cairo, now 2 or 3 days and hire the agency.

Good trip to Cairo
The tour began with the pick-up at the hotels of the various participants and transfer to the airport. Everything went as expected though as my hotel is from the most south of Sharm el, Sheikh I am the first to be picked up and the last to be left. Arriving in Cairo was well-identified guide Fahmy waiting. We were lucky to be just a group of six, which made everything easier. We started a visit to the complex of the pyramids, but by the time we arrived we had already made a point stops in places that the guide considered symbolic. After the pyramids and sphinge we went to a store of essences and perfumes King Ali Palace (initially it seemed good to me, but when we arrived in Portugal and my wife opened the perfumes, she noticed that little had to do with what she thought she bought the so-called scam, it was a pity that we only checked the reviews of google maps already at home). We then went to lunch at a buffet overlooking the pyramids. In my opinion it was worth the view. We headed to the Papyrus Academy, which at the bottom is a shop where they sell papyrus. Explain the manufacturing and etc. I was not interested in buying anything, but, it is a store where there is no selling pressure. Next is the Egyptian Museum. It is a very good monotematic museum, Fahmy explained everything, but the temperature inside the museum is very high, which makes it from time to time a distress. Suggest: on very hot days shorten the visit. Then we had an optional visit which was a small cruise on the Nile, was not very close, but I ended up going and for liking. Finally it is as it was some time left for the plane Fahmy took us to old Cairo. For me the highlight of the visit, I only regretted not having been used some of the museum time on this visit. Thank you very much to Fahmy and the driver. Irreproachable!
Be careful with the fragrances from the store, the fragrances that are given to try are very good, but be sure that what you buy is of equal quality.

Good experience
A very good day! Good organization and the guide was precise.
It is a very long day (from 4 AM to 10PM) but it is worth! I think is not really necessary made many stops like de perfume shop or the market in old Cairo.
But in the end I raccomend this visit!
The customer care perfect!
