We did not swim with dolphins, we could only see them from the boat, we made 3 stops, two for snorkeling and one free, the food is fine and we had a different and pleasant day.

Unfortunately, it's all just a tourist trap. 2x snorkeling stops at places where the entire reef was gray (dead). You always have to snorkel with the guides and keep up with their speed (my mom is 70); the crew couldn't help that the boat broke down. It was, however, a very old, worn-out boat. We were then towed. When docking, the rope also snapped, which injured my mother's arm. No reaction, no apology. The food was also a disaster. The crew had full plates and we were allowed to take the leftovers. 2 chicken nuggets, 1 meatball, and some rice and potatoes (everything except the potatoes was cold, of course). On-site, you are forced to rate this review here immediately with 5 stars for everything. I refused, which made the tour guide angry. And, of course, there were no dolphins to be seen either.

The Red Sea is beautiful, the scenery is lovely, but the crew on this ship is really speechless. Before going into the sea, I kept urging the guests to hurry up and jump, there was no time left. After going out to sea, halfway through the swim, my fins fell off because the waves were big and the fins were too loose. After losing my fins, I looked around and randomly approached someone I didn't know, who I didn't even know was an employee, to ask for help. He kept asking which boat I was from. When I didn't say the boat's name, he thought it wasn't their boat and walked away. Later, another ship's crew rescued me onto their ship. Even though I didn't recognize my ship at the time, they rescued me first for safety. Later, I recognized my ship, and then it sent me back to its own ship. After boarding the boat, the crew members were not concerned about my safety but blamed me for swimming alone (when I went into the water, I saw that a group of them had already swum a long distance) because I lost my fins and had to pay them money. This was a really terrible experience; I only got a refund after contacting the travel agent later (the travel agent said they would compensate).
