A beautiful experience, made even more special by the onboard staff who instructed us in a light and friendly manner. On the boat, there is everything necessary, and the staff is always available, speaking multiple languages as well. I recommend this excursion even though we were unfortunate not to see the dugong, but we still had fun; there were turtles and plenty of snorkeling. Timely and comfortable transfer. Excellent lunch!

Absolute recommendation! The start was a bit bumpy, as the driver had some trouble with the room numbers. After that, everything was great! We saw the dugong right away during our first snorkeling session! Then there were numerous large turtles and even dolphins! The food on board was good and the crew was friendly! Snorkeling was done in groups, and our guide was very dedicated. Contact with the provider was exemplary; we were always well informed.

Super nice people, everything went perfectly. From pickup to drop-off. One of our daughters was sick, so we did not have to pay the national park fee for her. Everyone on the boat was very nice and helpful. We saw the manatee and also plenty of turtles.

Overall, it was a very nice trip and we had a great day at sea. The boat was well organized and not overcrowded with 23 people. All employees were very nice, attentive, and helpful. We were aware that one can never guarantee the Dugong/manatee 100% of the time. Unfortunately, we did not see them that day. Nevertheless, we were able to observe turtles, and snorkeling was a lot of fun. One small point of criticism: The water from the water dispenser was unfortunately a bit dirty or contaminated. This should be better monitored in the future. Overall, it is definitely a recommended trip.

What a great snorkel tour! From the boat we saw a manatee up close, but when we were in the water, it was nowhere to be seen. The moment we had resigned ourselves to seeing it all from the boat, the manatee suddenly swam beside us. Quickly get into the water and enjoy! What an experience! The price of this trip was 35 euros and after the manatee we sailed to a reef and snorkeled there. Relatively few fish if you compare it to our other trips, but the reef and coral were worth snorkeling.

We had a photographer on board who took great underwater photos of us with the dugong and the turtles. Contact before, during and after the trip was very straightforward. It was communicated extremely quickly and in error-free German.

Great excursion with unique experiences. We saw a dugong and a lot of big turtles. Plus rays and many other special fish. The crew on the boat was great (could speak different languages), the food was really good and there was a photographer who captured our unique experiences above and below water in great quality photos and videos. The contact before, during and after the trip via WhatsApp was extremely reliable and in error-free German!

A successful excursion that leaves nothing to be desired. From booking we were looked after all around, the hotel pickup worked great and the crew of the Red Sea Star gave us a wonderful trip. The crew is friendly, attentive and a great well-rehearsed team. The snorkel trips are divided into groups and the guides are attentive at all times. The food on board was very nicely arranged and tasty. The photos from the trip can be purchased and definitely worth it. Thanks to the crew again and anytime we would book with you again.
