Amazing river Cruise
Was the perfect cruise to see Egypt for the first time. Although the boat didn’t travel far up the river, the chance to jump off and see the sights and towns was cool experience. At the end of the trip due to flying out of the airport later the tour guide organised additional sights to view while we where waiting for the plane. Very happy with the knowledge and flexibility of our guide Amr, and really appreciated the heads up before we jumped off the boat before going into local towns on what to do and not to do to make our experience more enjoyable 😊

If you do a Nile cruise, just do it with Mo
Mo is amazing. I was worried about going to Egypt with just a female friend (both of us are in our late 20s and neither of us had been to Egypt / Africa or speak Arabic). We did the 5 day / night cruise from Luxor to Aswan and added both a trip to the Nubian villages and the excursion to Abu Simbel. We weren’t sure about either but thought both trips were the highlight of our vacation. Aside from the sights themselves, what makes Mo great is his energy - always happy, friendly, patient to answer our many and disorganized questions - his knowledge (he has 16 years of experience as a guide), and the way he’s organized (you rarely wait for a driver because Mo usually arranged for seamless transitions). He gives you lots of optionality so you can choose to do something or not without any bad feelings. We changed our minds back and forth on the Nubian villages and Mo was very calm and supportive throughout. Also, he showed us the botanical gardens, which were very special. When we thought the people selling us essences (perfumes) were giving us an unfair price, he helped us figure it out. So it’s really great to have someone you trust and who cares about you having a decent time as your 5-day shepherd. In sum, with Mo you get detailed information, a stressfree and pleasant time, and fun.

We had a great time
Although the facilities are not very good they are acceptable, the food is good although it repeats a little, but the best thing about cruising is the staff, always with a smile on your face and transmit very good vibe!!!

This touring company is the best in Egypt. Mohamad Badawy is their top guide.
Everything was well planned. With detailed instructions sent in advance of what was to happen. From the moment we landed, there was a person waiting for us. From then on, we had our quide with/available at all times. Private driver, private guide. 4 bottles of water a day. Our guide Mohamad Badawy was superlative. He was simply wonderful and kind. Mohamd is knowledgeable, fluent in english, understanding and basically our eyes and ears for the whole trip. He guided us in all aspects of travel, eating, touring, history, shopping, currency exchange, everything. He told us when, where and how much to tip. He really took our vacation and tour to the next level! If you can, request Mohamad as your guide!

Very pleasant cruise
We left as a couple for this cruise. A very pleasant stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the Nile and we were lucky to have our guide Mohammed all to ourselves throughout the stay. Very competent and always available, all visits went well.

Made great by our tour guide!
Mohammed was such an incredible tour guide! As three young(er) women, he sometimes treated us like we didn’t know what we were doing (sometimes he was right and sometimes he was wrong), but quickly acclimated to us as tourists—knowing when to give us guidance and when to let us do what we wanted. He made sure that we were safe and had everything we needed. When we got super sick early into the trip, he immediately made sure that we had anything we needed by taking us to a pharmacy as soon as we were docked. He was willing to add things we wanted into our schedule (organized through the tour service and obviously it was extra $). The HIGHLIGHT of the trip was touring the Nubian village and swimming in the Nile (which was something he arranged through the tour service). He was incredibly knowledgeable, especially about the Karnak temple! Egypt Unlimited Tours itself was incredible: timely to pick up from the train station and drop off to the airport (it would have been so much harder to navigate the airport without them—they took us right to the security). The cruise was fine—appropriate for the cost. Our housekeeper was incredible, though. It was our tour guide that really made it :) My favorite part of the cruise was sitting in the front of the ship while we were sailing—worth it for that alone. As far as the cruise goes: please be aware that the top deck smelled a like gas when we were docked and that people were CONSTANTLY smoking outside. Coming from a part of the US where there’s remarkably less smoking, that was a little difficult to adjust to. But it’s common throughout Egypt, so what can you do? The cruise wasn’t big so we got seasick pretty quickly—bring Dramamine if you’re even a little suseptible 😅 Overall, this was a great experience! We saw a lot in a matter of days—so much so that my friends felt like the temples began to blur a little. Still worth it!

Fantastic experience - lifetime memories !
We have enjoyed every single moment of these five days along the Nile. The program adequately alternates visits of the most stunning historical sites with restful moments onboard enjoying iconic site seeings as the Nile can offer. Our guide Mostafa has created for us a kind atmosphere and friendly environment and was truly dedicated to creating a delightful experience for us. Mostafa shares and explains with passion and relentless enthusiasm Egypt’s fascinating history and we have learned so much with him. We highly and sincerely recommend this tour ! Mostafa, thank you very much, you have created lifetime memories for us.

Exciting
Cruise with extra timing between visits and rest on the boat. Mostafa inexhaustible on the history of ancient Egypt is passionate and exciting. It makes accessible to all the access to this magnificent civilization that was the Egypt of the Pharaohs during the exceptional visits of the temples and tombs of the valley of the kings. He is valuable in understanding history and his human warmth and kindness make him much more than a guide on this cruise. He is considerate and attentive to all our wishes and enthusiastically answers all our questions on all subjects without taboo and frankly. Beyond its great knowledge it is also valuable in everyday life allowing us to escape tourist catches like souvenir made in China or exorbitant prices in some places for a simple bottle of mineral water. His human qualities are undeniable and his passion for the history of Egypt is so communicative that it pushes us to deepen our own research on what he teaches us every day thus making us an actor and not just a spectator. After such a wonderful portrait of a man, it was necessary to find a small flat it will be as follows: Mostafa is unfortunately not French-speaking. Unforgettable
Fabulous experience. It was our first time in Egypt and we booked our cruise with Egypt unlimited at the last moment and the Service offered was beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect, from choosing the boat to visiting with our excellent private guide Sayed. Without him our journey would not have been the same. We thank him wholeheartedly and the whole team.
