Run away!
My experience with this claimant was simply unacceptable. It all started with a cancelled activity the night before, around 11pm, for a scheduled departure the next day at 4.30am. The cancellation was due to bad weather conditions, which I fully understand. Confident, I resume the same performance the next day.
However, on D-Day, the situation worsened. I waited at 4:30 at my hotel for 30 minutes, but no one picked me up. Not only was there no sign of the driver but I also received no message or explanation.
This behaviour shows a total lack of professionalism and reliability. Although I was reimbursed for the benefit, no explanation or apology was provided. This is a real scam and a considerable waste of time. I strongly advise you to avoid this provider!

Top 10 results ever. Super good - from A - Z everything worked out. Locally the trips are a bit cheaper, but that was top organized and also the trip even a little longer than 30min (rather an hour). Depending on the wind, it can vary. Packing tips for the ground crew

Great experience
Great experience, didn’t get any drinks or the flight certificate but the actual hot air balloon ride was amazing.
Highly recommend to everyone visiting Luxor!

Communications and...
Communications and collection was very smooth. The welcome and organisation on arrival was well done.
It's was so peaceful floating whilst watching the sunrise but we just stayed in the same spot over a wheat field. We didn't move, meanwhile all the other balloons has drifted off over houses and other areas. My youngest ended up sitting down as there was nothing to see and 4 times the pilot repeated, and over to the right is Queen Hatshepsut's temple... Also no flight certificates were given which wld have been a nice souvenir for thr kids.

Tolle Ballonfahrt
Wir wurden pünktlich um 4:10 von unserem Hotel abgeholt.
Die Abholzeit wurde uns am Vorabend per WhatsApp mitgeteilt, es wurde aber versucht unseren Flug um einen Tag zu verschieben.
Zusammen mit anderen wurden wir zum Startplatz der Ballone auf der Westbank gebracht. Dort war richtig viel los!
Es war ein richtiger Gänsehautmoment als begonnen wurde, alle Ballone gleichzeitig aufzublasen und man die Konturen der Ballone endlich in der Dämmerung sehen konnte! Bis wir in den Korb einsteigen konnten, vergingen nochmal ca 15 Minuten.
Zusammen mit ca 30 anderen Personen in unserem Korb hoben wir dann vor den anderen Ballonen endlich ab!
Unser Ballonfahrer hat uns dann die Highlights der Westbank gezeigt und den Ballon mehrmals gedreht, damit alle gute Sicht haben. Währenddessen ist die Sonne aufgegangen. Wirklich ein ganz toller Moment.
Nach ca. 40 Minuten sind wir in einem Feld gelandet. Mit Minibussen und Boot wurden wir zum Hotel zurückgebracht und konnten um 7 Uhr gleich frühstücken.
Alles hat wirklich perfekt geklappt und wir würden diesen Anbieter auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

First time!
What an amazing experience. Never been in a balloon ride before. But do realize, this is a huge basket, 8 pods with 4 people in each pod. I kinda liked it as it made me feel safer than just an isolated 4 person basket. It was an amazing sunrise and a great way to see Luxor! Glad I was able to do it as the rides had been canceled for two weeks prior due to the weather. Just an amazing time!
