Es war ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Den Sonnenaufgang über Luxor aus dem Ballon zu sehen war Atemberaubend und wunderschön. Leider wurden wir ein bisschen zu früh abgeholt und mussten fast eine Stunde warten, bis wir in unseren Ballon konnten. Aber ansonsten ein definitives Muss auf der Reise nach/durch Luxor

To start, they came and pick us up at out hotel even though it wasn't in the pick-up zone. When we arrived on the site, we went directly int the hot balloon, no waiting. The view was incredible and the pilot was great ! At the end, the pilot specificly told on not to give money or buy stuff to the kids, because they want them to go to school, we really loved his comment.

This was amazing! We went August 25th 2026 with all clear skies. They picked us up from our hotel on time, brought us to the field, gave a safety briefing, and then we got to enjoy and beautiful sunrise. Our pilot was skilled and funny and our landing was very controlled, soft, and safe. Would recommend.

It was an amazing experience, flying balloon for the first time. Very safe to fly with the balloon John on large beach, SC. I will definitely return to fly with him again.

The experience was very good. But we paid for a slightly more expensive tour to have a guide in Spanish (as Viator offered us), and that was not fulfilled.

After having the same experience in Cappadokia, i was dissappointed. There is no actual flight, the balloon just goes high on the sky and then lands after 20-30 mins at the same place. The service to be fair was proffesional, with no issues, communication was also fine and the collection from our hotel was in time, very good price also.For a first timer, this might be ok but for travellers who had an actual flight before it will be a dissappoinment.

Everything very organized of the best experiences for life great photos for the weather conditions. Bad though it is something for security q do not tell you q because of weather problems flights can be cancelled and has no refund then is to play a lottery 🫣

The balloon ride was canceled by the Egyptian agency due to bad weather (wind too strong). Two hours later, Viator sent me an email telling me that I would be refunded within four or five days; and that was the case.

I didn’t get to ride the balloon because of the weather conditions, it had to be cancelled. However, the communication, transportation and prompted refund were excellent and on time as soon as I requested for the refund. This was one of the best experiences I had in my entire Egypt trip(after diving in the Red Sea). I would recommend anyone to book through them if you want to book a balloon rides.
