very bad experience, on many different aspects: IN SUMMARY: TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE WAIT, MONEY AND LOTS OF DISAPPOINTMENT. 1. crazy wait time: first to pickup, last to arrive, wait for extra 1-1.5 hrs in the van just to pickup tourists from other agencies, another 0.5 hr on the ground with heavy exhaust and dust just waiting for the agency guide 2. van is old, hot and smelly, making the wait rather unbearable 3. they will ask to shoot films and pictures of you without your prior consent, then ask for money if you need copies. I have bad knees and cannot jump or run as they want so I refused. HOWEVER, if you refuse to cooperate, you will be excluded by the guide and give you the worst position on the balloon basket. 4. unfulfilled promise: a motorboat across the Nile during pickup was promised but NEVER HAPPENED! LIERS! 5. Ballon very old, with patches on the surface. Old agency means old balloons 6. ground crew: insufficient and incapable. you will see other agency's ground team rushing to their balloons to arrive before landing. For this agency, you need to wait another 0.5 just for them to come, and they ask for tips with this kind of service 7. another unfulfilled promise: at first the promise to send you anywhere in Luxor, then they can only send you to this Alibaba Cafe. Very messy place and extremely hard to get a car. LIERS! 8. MOST IMPORTANTLY: DO NOT TRUST A THING ON THE VIEW OF THEIR POSTER. THE VIEW OF THE WEST BANK IS HIGHLY SUB-OPTIMAL. U WILL BE THRAWNED ABOUT HOW ORDINARY THAT IS.

Actually, I went in SET/2024, and the experience was very worthwhile!! The way to the balloons is quick, the fact that it is very early is strategic. Watching the sunrise from the balloon is a unique experience. There are several balloons rising at the same time. The guides gave good directions so that we went to the correct balloon (there are many people in the place, it's important to stay close to the guide so you don't "lose" the group)

We had the best experience with Hod Hod Soliman and our pilot Omar! He flew in different heights, made sure we got to see the complete West Bank with Valley of the Kings etc. from above, and the landing was incredibly smooth :) Pick up and drop off was also very uncomplicated :) We also booked a farm tour after that which made the experience even better!

I shop around for the balloon ride in Luxor . This company was best value . They pick us up on time from our hotel . The captain had over 2000 plus hours flying . First of all it was very safe . It’s must do in Luxor . It was a beautiful ride . Was a bucket list item . I would use this company again based on safety and it was beautiful trip .

I was nervous before getting on, but the beauty of the sunrise from the hot air balloon instantly blew away my anxiety. Thanks to the tour guide flying over numerous ruins such as the Royal Valley, I was able to fully enjoy a dynamic view different from the ground. The landing was also very smooth and soft. I could spend time purely excited with peace of mind due to the professional skill!

Pickup was super early via van and then ferry to cross the Nile. We waited for hours with hundreds of other travelers flying with many different companies. Good thing we scheduled our first morning in Luxor, as all flights were cancelled by the agency that regulates balloon rides. We were dropped off at a meeting point for our next tour of Valley of the Kings/Queens, rather than a returning back to our hotel. This was convenient. We did have the next day available, so we rebooked and hoped for the best. That night happened to be Egypt’s return to standard time, so clocks fell back and we were picked up an hour earlier. Same process as previous day… van, ferry across the Nile, wait hours in the dark while being pestered by vendors selling goods, mostly children. But this day the balloons went up. What a glorious sight to see the balloons inflate on the ground… have your camera ready We were given premium spots in the balloon because the workers recognized that we had returned a second day. (Most people around us the previous day couldn’t rebook, as they were leaving Luxor.) The flight was epic. It feels like nothing when you leave the ground and float through the air. We had great views of the sunrise, Valley of the Queens, and the other balloons. All went well with the flight and landing. Transfer back to our hotel was smooth. Highly recommend this experience!

Guide Abdalla and Captain Abdo gave us the best experience of our lives. It was such an organized and wonderful time. The views were beyond my imagination. I was initially hesitant on considering hot air balloon ride. They comforted us and explained every step in a very clear and reassuring way.
