The guide spoke very good German. He reported interestingly, including from his home life. What I found less good or what you can do without are the "sales deposits". It is understandable that others would also like to benefit from these trips. It's rather annoying and annoying. This time could have been used much better.

Booked on getyourguide tour in Italian. 2 people showed up with dilapidated vehicle and English language. We gave up after a few kilometers sitting in the "car". Requested refund on getyourguide. Not recommended

We spent a lovely afternoon with Ahmed who took us around Hurghada, starting with the Coptic Church, the local Souk and a nearby Mosque. Then onto 3 shopping stops; the Papyrus Museum, the Perfume Shop and a large local Bazar. All good stops for souvenirs but be prepared to haggle. I also think Ahmed would have accommodated shorter visits if you don’t want to shop - for example we cut our Bazar trip short. After which we visited the Hurghada Marina, fish market and finally El Mina Mosque. Ahmed was genuinely friendly and personable - very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend if it’s your first time in the city and would like to experience a taste of local life.

We did an interesting tour with Ibrahim. Old and new port, fish market, fruit and vegetable market, new mosque from outside, small aquarium, spice and tea shop, papyrus "museum". If we wanted to, we could have gone to a shopping street and a perfume shop. I think the shopping part should be mentioned more clearly in the description. Of course, you are expected to buy something. Although we bought a little something at the spice shop and the papyrus"museum", this was obviously not enough for the sellers, as could be seen from their facial expressions. After it was clear that we were no longer buying another papyrus, the Lord did not appreciate us any more and did not say goodbye.

Our guide Ali has completely responded to our group of 4 people. Far from mass tourism, he accompanied us to the local markets, gave us some samples and told us a lot about the history of the country, religion and people. Also very worthwhile were the visit to the mosque and a pleasant stay in the Nile Pharaohs, a shop with fixed prices and no intrusive sellers. In total, the tour lasted longer than three hours as Ali responded to the wishes of our visiting destinations.
