Fun trip! Moussa is the best guide
I had a great time on this tour. I had my mother and 7 year olds with me. Moussa was a wonderful guide. He knows a lot about the Bedouin life and a lot about the stars and planets. You can ask him anything! Watching the sunset was beautiful and I've never seen the big dipper so close before. We saw lots of stars and 2 planets! My only tip is: if you don't want to bounce around too much when driving through the desert then sit in the front. My kids thought driving over the hills in the desert was a blast! Overall it was a great trip. A lot of activities are included for the price. It's worth the trip

Stars in Egypt
Long trip to get to the desert, not sand dunes but rather rock dunes. Good driver that had some fun going up and down. Camel ride less than 1 minute, good dinner, only 2 telescopes for about 35 people but good guide that explained the constellations that was clearly visable

A sandy, star-filled adventure that is definitely worth the value!
Our guide Musa and driver were hilarious. Our ride to the star gazing spot was a very bumpy, sandy road so be prepared to bounce around a bit. Dinner with the Bedouin family was delicious. Star gazing was very nice and Musa was well informed.
Be prepared to tip a lot of ppl- your guide, the driver, the Bedouin family, the person who leads you on the camel.
-1 star because when I got dropped off at my hotel it was on the street below and I had quite a walk uphill at around 11pm. Also, we didn’t star gaze for as long as I would have liked. The sky was just turning black then we left.

Amazing experience!
The adventure ride with the Jeeps was fun, the drivers are great. We got some informations about the life of the Beduin people in the small village - it was interesting seeing their way of life in the desert. The family was hospitable, even the small children were friendly. The sunset was beautiful and romantic. Our guide took the greatest photos of us. They prepared us tasty dinner and lighted some candles - it definietly set the mood. After dinner they showed us planets like Venus and Mars through a huge telescope. The tour leader told us about stars, constellations and explained how the Beduin people recognize the seasons from the state of stars.
Special thanks to our guides Sidik, Aladin and our driver Mustafa.
In a nutshell: great trip, beautiful sights, tasty food and friendly people. I would absolutely recommend for anyone.
Keep in mind: the camel ride is pretty short and if you have a sensitive stomach you might feel uncomfortable during the drive through the desert dunes.

Very beautiful scenery and sunset.
Beautiful scenery and sunset and a very entertaining driver. Be prepared very basic. Tour guide knew his stuff but a bit full of himself!

Lots of potential (and great/kind staff) but terrible execution
“Covers” most of what is described but at what cost? 10 meter ride on a camel (just for photo), 20 seconds max with the telescope, a one-house “village”, a HUGE group +40 people. It just doesn’t delivers as promised. Didn’t picked me at me hotel either asked me to go other nearby place but was the only tour that asked for that among +8 tours in different cities in Egypt.

Starry sky in the desert
The Jeep Tour was very spectacular 😄 It was nice to see something different than the hotel where we are. I would have imagined the desert to be more sandy, but was still very nice to look at. The sunset was really nice and we could also see particularly well from Elon Musk Star Link.

Star Watching without Stars, or a camel and no candlelight
The whole experience was very underwhelming to be honest.
From waiting at the rendezvous point where we were offered a camel ride (as booked) but did not get one.
A vigorous jeep ride (not suitable for anyone with back issues) followed to take us to the star watching location.
We didn't see the sun set (as advertised) and then ate from polystyrene trays without any lighting (our romantic candlelight meal)
Before getting a single look through a telescope at the edge of the moon (our star watching experience)
All in all, the whole experience came up short of the advertised version - perhaps even false advertising.
I've seen better shots of the moon with the naked eye in England, better night skies all over Europe, I've eaten better food and in a more romantic way so very many times, and when promised a camel ride I was given one earlier that day on another excursion into the dessert.
So apart from, Moussa, the nice man hosting things everything else was extremely poor and I wasn't expecting to be earth 🤷🏻
