The first day at the resort we spoke with Emado. He showed us all the different trips. He was very helpfully. We decided to combinate the giftung island with diving and snorkling. He told us we can ask him anything whenever we want. Today we had the trip. Hamdi and Mustafa helped us with the diving. They were so friendly, helpfull and relaxed. So the first Experience was wonderful. We saw so many coloured fished and different coral. It was perfect.

Although the boat is not new but very clean, there are about 7 ~ 8 staff to take care of everyone! After the water is a one-on-one coach carrying, will constantly verify if it can continue before adaptation, very carefully. With the first trip experience, the second trip is more like a fish to water. They used warm crying lunch on the boat, and the taste was good, and they would constantly ask everyone to finish their drinks on the boat. Then take a boat to a small island with clear sea water, where you can play water or sunbath. Returning to the sea was lucky to see dolphins! Wasn't a great trip!!

This time I and Mr. two came to Hurghada to experience diving, because I am a beginner, so at first the coach very carefully taught me the dive equipment. Gests and other relevant knowledge that need to be learned, the pre-dive staff helped me to wear the equipment very carefully, then the professional coach took two dive one-on-one, the coach was very patient, and gradually confirmed all my physical condition and feelings, while also bringing me to see the very beautiful view of the red sea underwater, and very passionate to show me the beauty and relaxation of various creatures, and for me to take photos of the first dive. The condition of the boat of crazy dolphin is good, clean and safe, the staff at the time of the boat is warm and always pay attention to everyone's condition, the lunch and afternoon fruit is super delicious, the owner Hardy also has information in the process to care if it is smooth, really very careful! Next time I have a chance to visit Hurghada I will still choose to dive with the crazy dolphin.

The team are very friendly and willing to help in any way, Emado was very good at explaining the packages available and where the trip would take place. We had 2 dives during the day, the 2 instructors, Hamdi and Soltan were very thorough in their instructions. They then take the novice divers down 2 at a time so they are with you all the time for your safety. We were last of the group and were free to snorkel whilst we waited. The first dive was brilliant, set next to a beautiful coral reef, we were instructed to not touch any coral of fish to protect the environment. We had spotted some wild dolphins during the trip and having started our second dive they started to swim around us... It was spectacular! Definitely a bucket list moment ticked! Afterwards we had a beautifully prepared lunch and then headed back to the hotel. Where we were free to take part in a ride on a banana towed behind a speedboat as a fun way to end the trip. A huge thank you to the team, and I would recommend them to anyone.

This was such an amazing day. We booked to go on an intro diving trip alongside hopefully seeing some dolphins. All the dolphins and sea life are wild happily, so it's not guaranteed that you will see them, but the guides on the boat are so knowledgable about where to go and how to behave around them to encourage them to approach. The boat we went on was very clean and there were soft drinks all day as well as a lovely tasty lunch after the diving. The dive experience was incredible, our first experience of diving in the sea. Always felt very safe and we saw so much beautiful coral and different fish. The highlight was the second dive though, when two dolphins came over and swam with us for almost the whole dive! Big thanks to all the guides - Hamdy, Sultan, Mohamed and everyone else who helped - everyone is so friendly. 100% recommend!
