Perfect Day. Just Amazing!!!
It was an amazing day to Luxor. The day start with a pick up on time from our hotel in Hurghada The driver name was "Sabier" he was so patient and driving safely. Me and My kids felt safe during our way to Luxor also, I want to mention that the Car was a modern & Clean and comfortable toyota we never felt tired during the day! The hot air balloon was Incredible and worth the long way from Hurghada. Historical sites were very Impressive. Our guide "Ghada" she was very interesting guide and always listening to our requests. All the day was great but the weather was hot. I recommend anyone who booked the tour to bring Hats, Sunscreens and comfortable shoes to enjoy the day in Full!!!!

Not worth the money
Our driver was 45 minutes late picking us up and did not speak English
The felucca ride was literally crossing the river ) (2/3mins ride) at 5am and we couldn’t see anything. We had another felucca ride in the afternoon but we had to pay extra for this.
After this 5am felucca ride, our driver was nowhere to be seen so we were then asked to jump in another bus tour to take us to the hot air balloon.
Description of the tour says “cafe expenses” - what were these? We didn’t get any expenses
Lunch was provided but no drinks at all, not even water. Lunch provided was very poor considering the cost we paid for this whole trip.
Description says dinner included - we did not receive any dinner
With all of the above in mind, this trip was not value for money especially as we had to pay extra to see all of the temples which became really expensive. We paid £501 and the only thing we received was the transfer, the hot air balloon, lunch and the English speaking guide and she was amazing.
We have met people on this trip that paid £267 for private trip to Luxor including entrance to 2 temples and got lunch included as well. We have been on other trips during this period which we have paid way less and received a lot more and better service.

Terrible Experience - GO ELSEWHERE
Unfortunately, I had an awful experience and would recommend spending your money with another tour company.
When we arrived in Luxor at 3 am, we were left alone in a parked car on the side of the road for 1.5 hours. We were expecting to go to a cafe and spend the time before our hot air balloon ride there, as per the itinerary. It wasn't until I took the initiative to message the company that I was informed of the cafe owner's apparent illness. This should have been communicated with me right away and there should have been some compensation for losing out on this part of the itinerary. We also should NOT have been left in a parked car with no information or communication about the situation. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable for us in a country that we are not familiar with, and we felt unsafe and very stressed.
Secondly, we were not given any of the snacks or cafe expenses described in the itinerary. We bought our own snacks and drinks the entire time, even though we paid for this in the tour cost. We were so hungry that we repeatedly had to ask to go for lunch, and the time kept getting pushed back. It felt like I had to fight just to get lunch. It was VERY difficult to enjoy the day when we were so hungry and thirsty and had been waiting around for so long. It really felt like much of our time was wasted and what was promised in the itinerary inclusions was not actually provided.
The tour guide was the only positive thing about our day - she tried to solve some of our problems such as buying us some water and a couple of cookies. However, this was after we had discussed the issue at length with her, and we do not feel that it was her responsibility to have had to do this.
We also did NOT receive the dinner as per the itinerary inclusions.
In short, we missed out on a lot of the day having to sort out itinerary issues and missed out on many inclusions throughout the day that we paid for. We were SO excited about this experience; it has been my dream to come to Egypt and see these sites since I was a little kid, and for it to be tainted by the service provided by this company is extremely upsetting.
It is unfair to have to pay for things that weren't provided and to have been confused, stressed, and in the dark about what was going on all day. I had to continually ask about when things were happening and why, which was a waste of my time during a trip I trusted a reputable company to organize for me. I should have just been able to trust them to follow through with what they stated.
The company should really consider updating their itinerary online to reflect the REALITY of the experience. I feel very misled and cheated, and it's a terrible feeling to put your trust into a company only to have the experience ruined. I won't be coming back to Egypt and this was my "one shot" to enjoy the history I've always wanted to see.
When I emailed this information to the tour company, I received no response. The follow-up email I sent was also ignored.

Incredible Full-Day in Luxor, Egypt
I recommend the tour to anyone who just has one day in Luxor, the tour covered everything in one day! It was better than my expectations. Ahmed el Araby's guide is fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and an excellent photographer. Lunch was delicious. The transportation was smooth and easy. Thank you for a wonderful day in Luxor:)

Perfect tour, Everything was amazing and well arranged!
My husband and I had an Incredible Day in Luxor especially, the hot air balloon ride was breathtaking . Adel was our tour guide and he made sure the whole time that we were having was good time and were being taken care of ......this such an excellent services all people doing their best. I will definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Luxor for one day, and of course Adel as your tour guide. Thanks from heart, Patricia and Mark.

Great tour!
I know it may be scary to some to take an overnight tour but let me tell you that it’s worth it. We were four women on this tour. You are pretty much paying the transportation, knowledgeable guide and balloon. We paid our lunch and snacks which was no biggie. We felt safe at all times and our tour guide was fluent in Spanish. She was amazing and very smart! It can be draining since it’s all day but you do cover everything that Luxor has to show. You knock out everything in one day. Highly recommend the tour to people who don’t want to stay in Luxor and want to stay in Hurghada.
