We had two private day tours with Egypt Tailormade tours. The first was to Saqqara, Memphis and GIza pyramids. The second to Coptic Cairo, Old Bazaar and the Egyptian Museum. The planning and organisation were superb. Mr Walid Fathy's communication was clear, fast and responsive. The tours were wonderful. Our guide was Mr Ahmed Zaki. His knowledge, guidance and attention to detail were superb. Unmissable.

It was a great experience. I was accompanied by friendly and professional specialists Mrs. Heba and Mr. Mohamed. Heba is a really knowledgeable egyptologist and I was greatly educated about ancient Egyptian culture. It was fun and positive as well. All the sights are completely worthy.

We booked our tour with Egypt Tailor Made a few days before getting into Egypt and we are extremely pleased with everything. It was a private tour that included 2 days of sight seeing in Cairo and another 2 days in Luxor. From the beginning, everyone was very helpful and responsive. Both our tour guides Laila Hassan and Ahmed Aziz were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history and explained everything clearly. We would like to give a shout out to Laila Hassan. She gave us a tour in Cairo and made it very memorable for us. Her energy, knowledge and spirits were great from the get go and we had a great time there. We typically don't do too many tours, but in this instance we were glad we did this private tour and that Laila was our guide. We highly recommend asking us she's available. Plus, she is great with kids as well. We have 2 young kids (5yr and 3yr old) who have a very short attention span and she was great with both of them. We were worried how much interest the kids will have in ancient Egyptian tombs, however, she kept the elder one engaged with giving him facts to remember and quizzing him every now and then. The little one fell in love with all the stories she told about King Tut. In summary, we were extremely pleased with Egypt Tailor Made and recommend them if you want to do a private tour!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Egypt. We toured 3 days in Cairo with Friends and Family. Egypt Tailor Made accommodated with our travel plan and assigned friendly and knowledgeable guides through the trip. Laila is one of the expectational guide in Cairo. She was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are planning to visit Egypt, please ask for Laila as your guide.

We had a wonderful time with our brilliant guide Ahmed Zaki and driver Shaapan! Ahmed is so incredibly knowledgeable, he can answer any questions you might have and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. They both took care of everything we needed throughout the day making the overall experience stress free and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed picking Ahmed’s brain on the ancient, as well as the more recent history of Egypt and its economy and culture. He gave us insights we wouldn’t have had access to otherwise! Our driver Shaapan was the most calm and professional driver we’ve had in Cairo. We were extremely pleased with his services. Sum up: If you’re booking your trip, make sure you ask for Ahmed to be your guide and Shaapan to be your driver!

Laila was exceptional!!! My wife and I toured with the founder of this company 10 years ago. It was one of the best tours we'd ever done, so we didn't even consider another tour company, and even with sky-high expectations it did not disappoint! We spent the day to Memphis then Saqqara then Giza/Sphinx with Laila, and she was perfect. She really connected with our kids, had a great sense of humor, and kept us apprised and prepared for what to expect at each stop. Our kids learned much more than they possibly could've during a day of school. We traveled as a family with my 8 and 9 year old, and always felt very safe. We had zero issues and Egypt Tailor Made handles every logistic for you so it's all really a breeze. If you are visiting Egypt, make sure to ask for Laila at Egypt Tailor Made! I also wrote a review on our visit to the Egyptian museum and market with Sabry, who is also amazing! ETM did a wonderful arrangement from airport pick up to providing a very nice van with an equally good driver. We were priviledged to have Mr Othman Elmeehy as our Egyptologist and country Guide. His demeanor and way of explaining the details was very nice. We had a very enlightening experience of Egypt culture. Not to forget the food experience at local restaurants. We learnt a lot from Mr Othman. The visit will remain etched in our heart and soul.

We visited Egypt in December 2021. We had a splendid time visiting Cairo as well as the nearby pyramids. The experience lived up to the hype and this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. In my opinion, our trip was such a success and grand experience because of Mrs Heba. She is knowledgable, friendly and professional at the same time. Me and my husband got custom made 5 day tour from Tailor Made and this was the best decision to visit Egypt. They took care of everything and we just sat back and relax. On our very first day we visited Saqqara, Memphis and Dashrur and Sarby was the guide. This guy was amazing. He described everything in a way like story telling, we didn’t realize day passed so fast. He is a wonderful photographer too. He also bought us falafel (Egyptian delicacy). Without guide Egypt is very difficult as you need to know the story behind everything. Apart from this one day tour we have also got full day Luxor tour, half day Aswan tour and day trip to Alexandria from Cairo. I highly recommend Tailor Made. All of their guides are professional and very nice. We just got one guide who was not really our type (lacking some enthusiasm) and they keep that in mind rest of our tour. We had a young Nubian guy Karim for our Aswan visit. He was wonderful and full of energy. We got Ms Nessrin for our Alexandria trip, she is very experienced and warm. We really enjoyed our Egypt visit with Tailor Made.
