Saqqara is the biggest archeological site in Egypt and Contains over than 10000 Tombs and 16 Pyramids , you will have the chance to visit the first decorated pyramid from inside for king Unas from the fifth dynasty , during the day you will visit as well the ancient capital Memphis, and Dahshur Pyramids. First, Pick Up from Requested Location by your Tour guide to start your Journey across the three ancient necropolises. The tour will start by visiting the Saqqara necropolis, where you will visit the Pyramid of Djoser. This pyramid is the earliest colossal stone building in the world. This structure is a fundamental part of the Egyptian history as other pyramids was based on it with improvements.

Then, the tour continues by visiting the city that once was the ancient Capital of Egypt, Memphis city. Memphis city was the center of power to the Old Kingdom (2686 BC) of Ancient Egypt, and the home to the pharaohs that raised the pyramids.
Special Museum for the very famous Statue for King Ramesses the great 1279 BC. A huge limestone statue in amazing condition .Ramesses the great ruled the Egyptian empire for about 67 Years .
The Sphinx of Memphis is a stone sphinx located near the remains of Memphis, Egypt. The statue made out from the Egyptian Alabaster , still in Avery good condition may be representing the very famous queen Hatshepsut 1479 BC. then you will start your journey back to your hotel.

Another great day with Meraa our tour guide to Saqqara. She was really knowledgable about the sites visited and we were blown away by everything we saw. It finished with a fantastic lunch overlooking the Giza pyramids. Would definitely recommend this trip!

Our guide Ahmed Hamed and driver Hamidi picked us up at the our hotel spot on, made sure we had water and juice on our way, and already whole driving we learned a lot. Seeing the countryside life while Hamidi made sure to drive safely over some challenging roads was interesting. Then Sakkara, our guide Ahmed is so knowledgeable and well spoken that we enjoyed every moment and detail of our visit. No hassle with entries and tickets, this was all taken care of very smoothly, and no rush at any site. The driver was always ready for us to go to the next stop. The day was crowned by a nice lunch in a special restaurant with a pyramid view. Memorable ! We were happy to have the same guide and driver also for our next day in old Cairo, this time they already felt as friends.

My husband and I had a good time visiting the pyramids of Dashur, Memphis and Saqqara with Ahmed. Saqqara was our favorite.

Ibrahim was an excellent guide. I could tell he loved sharing history with us! Our driver was good as well. They were on time in a nice clean car. He showed us things the large tours would never see. Don’t go down the long dark crawl in the pyramid. Ibrahim has a better one to see and you won’t get harassed for money.

Mahmoud Ismail was our tour guide. A real gentleman, very knowledgeable and generous with his time. Giza is amazing but these sites are even better. Collected us in a comfortable car at our hotel and driven safely, even in the Egyptian traffic! He made us very welcome. Followed by a superb lunch, mixed grill, with a roof top view of the Giza pyramids. Would recommend 100%

Our guide was Mohamed Elshemei. He was very knowlegeable and patient with questions. The climb into the Bent pyramid was a challenge but worthwhile for the experience.

Just did the tour with Mohammed Elshemei. Wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable. Very attentive. Well worth doing. The climb into the Red Pyramid is not fit the faint hearted or unfit. It's tight and very warm. The restaurant for lunch at the base of the Pyramids of Giza with the views was incredible. I had a great day.

Our guide was Ibrahim Allam, and driver Ezzat Zizo. Excellent trip, friendly, informative enthusiastic and helpful guide and a great driver with comfortable car. Sakkara mastabas and Dahsur pyramids a real highlight of holiday to Cairo. Definitely worth adding this trip if seeing Giza pyramids and museums. Route out of the city and into countryside and desert interesting contrast with the city and Lunch with a view at the end too. Recommended

Meraa Ahmed was our guide. She was well informed, professional and attentive. We learned a great deal about ancient Egyptian history and were alerted to things to take special note of as we visited each site. We are here in Cairo a few days prior to starting a 16 day tour of Egypt and the Nile. Our tour guide for that trip recommended taking a guided tour of the Saqqara area as it would be a great introduction to everything we would be seeing on his tour. It was just as he suggested. We are so glad we did this and with such a great guide.
