Interesting trip in interesting place. Hovewer, the beginning of this trip was delayed for almost 2 hours because the guide went to the office to leave money (?). He was not very enthusiastic about history and slept a lot inside of car.

Lack of explanation on the trip, the places were visited very quickly, the tour ended very quickly, especially in the library of Alexandria we could have spent more time to tour it and see the exhibits

We booked this trip a few months ago with a “Spanish speaking tour guide” Once we get to Alexandria (3 hours trip) a lady showed up that did not speak any Spanish, 5 of the 9 people do not speak any english so? I requested a refund from the agency here, they said they will give us a 20% back but need to be approved by you so you can credit my card, please confirm, it was not nice to do this, you do not enjoy seing things without any explanation

Our driver Omar was amazing with a fairly new car and so was the tour guide. This was a day well spent and couldn't expect anything more. The details provided in the tour were exactly what was done during the day. Expect a long day since the drive itself is close to 3 hours one way. We were also hit with road closures in the morning due to fog so had to wait out on Highway for about an hour.

5 horas como mucho y con prisas... Nos propusieron guía y comida(35€ por la guía y 15€ x persona) en un restaurante de pescado.. después te dicen que si quieres pescado son 5€ más por persona... Me nege a pagarlo. el menú fue muy básico y sin postres y sin bebidas. Un timo..un día perdido con Emo tours... Lamentable solo busca sacarte el dinero.
