My guide from Emo tours was very knowledgeable and explained very well about all of the sites we visited. I had a great time. Do not skip Sakkara and these sites during your visit to Egypt they are integral to understanding the history and as a bonus, less crowded than some of the more well known locations like the Pyramids at Giza.

My team were extremely professional and knowledgable. As I have mobility problems Karim was very kind and helped me and understood that I couldn’t climb into the pyramids! Which was a shame from my point of view but no way could I have done it! It was a great experience. The driver was calm and polite which is amazing considering the traffic!

La visita a estos 3 lugares fue muy bonita, sin embargo no fue una experiencia como la imaginaba, ya que la guía Riwan (no se si se escriba de esa forma), le falta mucha de experiencia y contar más de la historia de estos lugares, adicional algo que no nos gustó es que el paquete ya tenia las entradas incluidas, sin embargo la guía no estaba preparada y en cada lugar se tuvo que hacer filas para comprar, pero eso no fue lo peor de todo, tuvimos que pagar nosotros los boletos con nuestra tarjeta, algo que justamente no queríamos hacer y por eso compramos este paquete, aunque la guía nos pagó los boletos, debió de estar preparada y con anticipación tenerlos, adicional no tuvimos contacto con ella hasta el mero día, lo cual también no le da puntos. El chófer que no recuerdo su nombre fue excelente y muy amable persona.

Our guide, Amira, was very knowledgeable and friendly! Our driver, Nabil, expertly navigated us through traffic. We were pick up from our hotel promptly. We then traveled to Dahshur to see the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid. We decided to go inside both, though the Bent Pyramid was certainly more difficult, as Amira warned us, and we were very sore the next day! But it was worth it! We then traveled to Memphis and Sakkara. After visiting these 3 cities, we stopped at a carpet making school/store. I always find these sales pitches awkward, but we politely declined. Next was lunch, which was delicious! We asked to skip the papyrus and perfume stores, and this request was honored. Overall it was a great experience! I recommend taking extra water with you 😁

This tour is worth doing - the temples at Saqqara and Dahshur are fascinating and show the development to the Great Pyramid at Giza. I would not recommend doing it with Emo tours. It took a while to find our guide as she sat round a corner in our hotel with no sign. Another guide found her for us. She did not have good English and we learned nothing from her. This didn’t cause us much of a problem as this was our last tour of our holiday so we had already learned much from our other guides but if it had been our first it would have been a complete mystery and very frustrating. We also asked which pyramid was worth going inside and she had no opinion or guidance on this at all. We might as well have paid half the price to just have the driver.

A definite highlight to see while in Egypt. Djoser the oldest pyramid, Medway my guide added to the experience with local knowledge, he was very helpful and friendly, a great falafel and coffee for breakfast, thank you Medway.

Amazing your must do when in Egypt!! Less crowds compared to pyramids of Giza. The climb into the bent pyramid is a workout but totally worth it!! Our guide was fantastic knew so must about the history of everything we saw.

Amazing tour by Mr. Ahmad our guide. Hes superrr knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. He never rushed us through the day, which was amazing. Took our sweet time in each location. Wonderful trip truly. My husband and I, we had a lot of fun. The entire trip was amazing. Even the driver, he was super courteous and kind. After our tour I asked our guide to visit the Papyrus gallery, and he took us to the best one. Everything was wonderful. Had a very very good time. Very worth it.
