Beginning with a pickup from your hotel or another designated place in Cairo or Giza between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, we will be boarding a comfortable air-conditioned car for a pleasant 100-minute journey to the Wadi El Rayan Desert following a photo stop at Qarun Lake, considered the oldest natural lake in the world.
Continuing the journey, you shall experience the exhilaration of a desert adventure. After boarding the 4X4 car for a dune drive adventure, enjoy the thrill of gliding over yellow, soft sand before stopping to enjoy sandboarding. Next, you visit the Wadi El Rayan waterfalls and have the chance to admire the stunning views in the center of the desert. You also have the opportunity to enjoy a camel ride or horse ride along the banks of Wadi El Rayan Lake. If you're lucky, you could see some desert animals, such as the slender-horned gazelle, before stopping to photograph the stunning Mudawara Mountains for panoramic views of Wadi El Rayan Lake. We had an amazing time! Mustafa Ortega was a brilliant tour guide. He has so much knowledge of the history and was extremely passionate when telling it to us. He made us feel very safe and comfortable and gave us some great tips which helped us during our stay. He also took time out of his day to drive us around the local area after the tour so that we could see the bazaar and papyrus shop. Highly recommend !

Me and my boyfriend recently had a trip with tour guide Fares and it was easily the best tour we had in Egypt by far. This tour has so much crammed into one day. We had an amazing time with our guide Esraa and driver Ramy. The dune-bashing is exhilarating, lots of shouting as we went over the top of what looked like a sheer drop! We stopped at an oasis and had the chance for a swim and even went climbing up some isolated rocks in the middle of the desert. I'm 60 and they were keeping an eye on me with the climbing and sand-boarding, but I was fine. My 25 year-old son was of course full speed at everything. The 4x4 driver was an experienced Bedouin, great guy who joined as for lunch, we overcame the language barrier and had a good laugh. I would definitely recommend this tour. A full day and really enjoyable.

It was an extremely pleasant experience. I highly recommend our guide Fares and Sobhy, our host in the desert. We had a great time, we drove along the dunes in a jeep, we did sand boarding also dance in the middle of the desert 😄,and swimming in the lake. We learned a lot about the desert and ended up eating traditional food that was very tasty. My family and I were left with many fond memories and new friends in Egypt. This was one of the best guided tours we have ever had. Fares our guide and Sobhy, our host in the dessert were amazing, we learned a lot about the history of the places we visited and most of all we had a lot of fun, music, smiles and dancing in the middle of the dunes and the breathtaking views that were surrounding us. The lunch was cooked right in front of us and we couldn't stop eating 😇 I would love to go back again and experience the overnight camping tour with the same guides and visit Luxor and everything else they suggest.Rania was very helpful as well. We sand boarded, we visited lakes in the middle of the desert … it was once in a lifetime experience and I am really glad I was able to share it with my family. Thank you again ❤️

I like it all. The view over the Pyramids is formidable the motorcycle 4 pesseio very good. The host was very professional. I recommend.

Had an amazing time on this desert safari with Sayed Hamdy as my guide! We started with an on - time 7:30 pickup to begin our drive to the oasis with Mohamed Mewafy as the driver. He was able to expertly navigate us to the spot inside the park to switch to a 4x4 vehicle. Then we drove around in the 4x4 up and down desert hills throughout the park stopping in several scenic locations for pictures and to explore. Had lots of fun climbing some rocky outcroppings with Sayed's help. We also got to try Sandboarding for the first time which was lots of fun and if you're nervous you can ride it like a sled. With some instructions from Sayed we were able to ride down a few times without falling! After this we had a very tasty meal back at the camp and washed up. Before they drove us back to the hotel.

This tour was amazing! We are just students from the Netherlands and booked the Fayoum safari to diversify our journey in Egypt. We are so glad we did, because it was a really an unique experience. And although we have seen pyramids, musea, tombs and much more, this will be the highlight of our vacation. During our one week stay in Egypt we had three tour guids (cairo city+ museum; felucca ride Nile; east-to-west Luxor) before we went on the Fayoum safari. Unlike our previous tours this one did provides what was promised and more. We got water for days, coffee, a snack, tissues and desinfection gel (because of Covid). But also amazing views, great photo's, Arabic music advise and a warm welcome. The guide (Ahmed) was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He told us everything you should want to know about the area and gave detailed answers to every question we asked. As for the driver (Ramy) who picked us up from the hotel and also stayed with us for the whole tour, we must give him great compliments for his ability to take great pictures with our Canon camera during the whole tour. Happy with our experience, we canceled tour (Giza plateau+Memphis+Saqqara) for the next day and instead booked another tour with Ahmed and Ramy. Ahmed (guide) and Ramy (diver/photographer) thank you again for your geat service and best wishes!
