A great adventure in a desert climate
The trip was organized very professionally and met our expectations in 100%. A private, comfortable car arrived punctually at the indicated address, where our guide Mohamed introduced us to the program and we set off on a 4-hour drive to the oasis. Breakfast and Bedouin tea were waiting for us on the spot, and we also had the opportunity to cool off in the water in the middle of the desert! Then we moved to an off-road vehicle and after an hour we reached the White Desert, where we had the opportunity to admire the unusual rock formations, then we saw the Agabat Valley, tried sandboarding and on the way back we saw the Crystal Mountain and the Black Desert. After returning to the oasis, a very tasty dinner was waiting for us and we went back. The whole thing took us 16 hours. Our guide Mohamed, who had great knowledge about the desert, answered all our questions in the most friendly way, deserves the greatest praise. Thank you Mo for your patience and understanding! I sincerely recommend this tour and this guide - you will not be disappointed!

Flexibility and Understanding
The White Desert trip was well delivered by the sales team, tour guide and drivers/cooks. Having looked at many trips, I made the mistake of booking a day trip, which Nada (sales) and Sabir (guide) changed to an overnight trip for what was a very readable extra fee of $20 per head. We visited white and black deserts and Chrystal mountain on the first day and camped overnight in the black desert. This gave us a chance to see it in the setting sun as well as in the first hour or more after sunrise.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that, the guide, Sabir, was given the wrong phone number to contact me and didn’t seem to have my name until he phoned the office to clarify that we were his clients. In this respect, the operations team seamed less effective and efficient compared with the sales team. If this hadn’t happened, I would have happily given them a 5 star rating.

Best Time of Our Time in Egypt!
This was probably our favorite activity of the trip. It's a long day going to the White Desert from Giza, but well worth the time. The desert is beautiful and unique, and February was a great time to go. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would have been in summer! Our guide, though only 23, was the best we had on the entire trip. His English and enthusiasm were more than we could have wished for. The driver did a great job as well.

What an incredible experience!
The scenary was breathtaking, the food at the oasis was authentic and delicious, the transportation was good and I really enjoyed the fun ride on the sand.
Our tour guide Mohab was exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly, and really nice to talk to.
The tour operator was very kind to accommodate a request that we made last minute due to circumstances out of our control, they were lovely and very responsive.

Amazing Desert Adventure with Mohamed Italiano
I had an incredible one-day trip to the White Desert with Mohamed Italiano. Everything was perfectly organized, from the transportation to the delicious meals. Mohamed is knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience unforgettable with his stories and attention to detail. The scenery was breathtaking, especially the sunset over the unique rock formations. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Egypt!

Fully recommended experience, better than the pyramids of Giza! alone in the desert, only with driver and guide, Mohamed "the Italian", both adorable, very close, friendly and professional. We have seen extraordinary things, we have had fun and we recommend it 100%. Thank you, Mohamed, for giving us two fabulous days!

壮大な自然に触れられて、忘れられない旅となりました。ガイドも運転手の方も感じが良かったです。12月末に行きましたが、出発が早いこともあり、車内はとても寒いのでダウンジャケットは必須です(ガイドの方も着ていました)。私はそれでも寒かったので、寒がりの方は足元までそれなりに着込んで行った方が良いと思います。

日帰り砂漠ツアー(1人旅)
時間が限られている人にとってはとても良いツアーでした。日程的にも厳しくなく、12月末なら心地よく砂漠を訪れることができると思います。また1人からでもツアーを敢行してもらえるのは非常にありがたかったです。
ツアー参加以前より連絡を取ることが可能なので、質問等がしやすかったのは1人旅の不安を和らげてくれました。
砂漠での体験は間違いなく人生の中で特別な時間のうちの一つでした。ツアーガイドの方も気さくで常に私に気を配ってくれていました。
注意点としては、ツアー参加者が英語を聞き取れない場合は日本語対応ガイドを選んだとしても細かな意思疎通は難しいかもしれません。(こちらからの日本語はある程度通じます)
それ以外に不満な部分はなく、あの特別な時間を提供していただいたことに感謝しています。エジプトに旅行の際は是非参加検討をおすすめします！

Amazing landscapes, great guides
Departing from Cairo city hotel at 6am, in 5 hours we went to Bahareya Oasis where we had a prepared lunch, then went around the White Desert, Crystal Mountain and Black Desert for about 4 hours, had a prepared dinner and drove us back to our hotel for 5 hours. You can use the toilets and purchase snacks at two parking areas along the way. Cash is required for purchase. The food was Egyptian and delicious. Each viewing point gave us plenty of time to take pictures, and our guide was kind and fun, taking pictures, sharing snacks along the way, and buying coffee, so we had a good time along the way.
The white desert landscape is definitely worth seeing in person, so this is a great tour.
