Having picked you up from your hotel, we'll make our way to the historic centre of Cairo, making a two-hour tour where we'll take in some of the most spectacular locations in Cairo. Such as the famous Al-Muizz Street - known for its number of medieval architectural jewels. Or the Khan el-Khalili Grand Bazaar, Africa's largest market.

At the midpoint of the tour, we'll head to the historic Café El Fishawi (with more than 200 years of history, it's known as the café of spies), to enjoy tea and shisha (the traditional hookah pipe popular in Egypt).

Very interesting visit but extremely basic “dinner”.

The visit to the market and the cafe was very good. The Mood is very authentic and we feel very safe all the time with the guide. As is often the case with all tours in Egypt, you are taken to the shops of your friends, acquaintances and collaborators at the market. Dinner was a simple plate of koshary and a bottle of water in a very simple fast food joint. It was certainly something very authentic, but we expected a little more from the “dinner” offered.

Beautiful night in The Cairo

It was a wonderful experience — getting to know Cairo at night is truly something you must live. Visiting the bazaar after dark, seeing all the shops lit up, the cafés, exploring a mosque at night and marveling at how beautiful and immense it is, tasting such delicious Koshari, and always feeling safe because the guide never leaves your side and is always looking out for you. Gugu is an excellent guide who explained everything phenomenally. 10/10.

Great tour of Cairo after dark.

This tour exceeded my expectations by providing an indepth cultural experience in the lives of residents. The guide was patient and personable. He shared historical facts concisely and arranged stops for tea in Khan el Khalili with a nice dinner at a restaurant on the Nile. Overall it was a memorable evening.
