- We pick up all our guests from Aswan east bank hotels and available to pick up from west bank hotels with extra 10 us dollars per person
- For Trips starts on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, The visit of Abu Simbel temples will be skipped and replaced by Habu Temple visit in Luxor
- All bookings for 3 persons, will be accommodated in 1 Cabin (Room)
- For bookings of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11.99 years, one triple room (with three beds) will be provided.
- The horse carriage experience to Edfu Temple may not always be guaranteed and could be subject to change due to safety considerations

Family Trip April 2026
We as a family (2 adult, 10 year child) booked a 4 day nilecruse from Asuan to Luxor in April 2026. The trip had included what was booked, however communication and detail lacked. - Pickup at hotel set to 09:00 confirmed prior day, driver showed not up till 10:00, was challanging to get in contact or even the number of the driver. - Transfer from Hotel to the boat took a 5 min drive. Where we waited again 2h in the lobby for checkin (if the name of the boat whould have shared we could proceed by our self with no waiting time) - food on the boat was fresh, tasty and big variety 5-Star, staff of the boatrestaurant was super friendly (there however where no woman working) - First day was no cruzing (boat stayed in Asuan) - We had to get up every day at 04:30 as pickup was 05:00 (with our child), Trip to Abu Sembei took 2x a 3h bus drive. Temple was impressive but for the temple visit of 1h the 6h bustrive was too long. - Room on the boat was fine 4-Star, bathroom a bit outdated but ok (would appreciated if we could coose the boat at booking even with differen prices). All boats where connected and we could see the differences (we had Royal Viking) - dinner (food) 5-Star as fresh, friendly staff and big variety. - evening programm at 21:00 (belly dance, social dance etc) we never attended as the early pick up each day - Baloon ride on the 3rd day was impressive and acceptable to the pick up point at 05:00 (however checkout of the rooms need to be done before!) - local tourguide was friendly helpfull and had great knowledge (Khaled), orgainsation however was in the "Agyptian way". - Despite the boats are "small" at a 100 passenger per ship/ there where multiple of hundred such boats on the same jurney where it was a bit a "rush". - Overall the trip was great, interesting we would have appreciated the detailed initiary and more information about the boat etc. The tight schedule allowes to see a lot and collect great impression, however the timing did not felt like holiday as I was missing relaxing breakfast on the boat (we had lunch boxes every day instead)

Amazing Family Experience in Egypt
We visited Egypt as a family with our two kids and had a wonderful experience with our guide, Khaled. He is very knowledgeable, engaging, making every temple visit interesting and enjoyable.

Outstanding 4-night Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor – exceptional guide Khalid made the difference
We took a 4-night cruise along the Nile between Aswan and Luxor in April 2026 and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The cabin was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of storage, a fridge, and a good bathroom with bath/shower facilities. The itinerary is very full with early starts, but everything runs smoothly and feels well organised, so it never becomes a burden if you’re prepared for it. The highlight of the trip was our guide, Khalid. He was extremely well organised and made everything effortless for us – handling timings, transport, and even practical details like currency exchange and tipping. He also helped us with bargaining in local shops, which made a big difference to the overall experience. His knowledge of ancient Egyptian history was excellent, and he pitched his explanations in a way that felt relevant and engaging for all ages and backgrounds. He is also kind, patient, and communicates clearly in excellent English. When we had issues with student discounts, he resolved everything quickly and smoothly, which we really appreciated. He also adapted the experience well to different energy levels and interests within the group. A standout moment was visiting Luxor Temple at night, which Khalid timed perfectly to avoid the worst crowds and show it at its most atmospheric. The Nubian village visit was also very interesting. Food on board was excellent with plenty of variety in buffet style. The desserts in particular were outstanding. Staff throughout the ship were friendly, patient, and professional, and the whole boat was kept exceptionally clean. The sun deck was a great place to relax, and while there was a small gym area, it felt limited. There was also additional onboard entertainment available, though we didn’t make use of it. Overall, this was excellent value for money and a highly enjoyable experience. I would strongly recommend it to couples, families, and solo travellers alike, especially those interested in history and seeing the highlights of ancient Egypt with a knowledgeable guide.

Temples on a budget
First and foremost: Our tour guide Mina was excellent, very competent and always caring for our group of 12 people. We did a 4 day/3 nights trip from Aswan to Luxor. We were on the MS King of Thebes, a rather old boat. Food was average and there's not much to do on board. Trips to Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, Efnu and Luxor were amazing, but keep in mind that they always start very early in the morning (around 4am). Summary: I would recommend it if you wanna see the the Temples on a budget. If you wanna enjoy the cruise itsself, I would recommend one of the more expensive packages.

Boat trip was okay, but Mina made it worth it – highly recommend him as a guide!
We did a four-day boat trip on the MS King of Thebes. Overall, the trip was okay. The boat is in average condition, the cabins are a bit dated, and the food wasn’t really to our taste, so we would recommend it with some reservations. What truly made the experience special was our guide Mina. He was incredibly friendly, well-organized, and made everyone feel comfortable. His knowledge of Egypt’s history was impressive and added a lot to the trip. We would absolutely recommend doing a tour with Mina – he made all the difference for us.

good guide
we had a very nice time on the boat trip. this was mainly due to Mina our great tourguide who really puts a lot of heart in what he does. also he was very knowledgeable about egyptian history as he studied it thoroughly

Cruise on the Nile
Beautiful temples seen. Abu Simbel was far ( 4 hours there and 4 hours back ). Better to book this apart outside of the cruise and only go 3 days with the cruise. Friendly staff and good food. The boats do bring very nasty smelly exhaust fumes (they do not have a chimney). Headache as a result. The guide will take you every then to an activity on which he has a very fat commission (herbs , souvenir shop, far too expensive restaurant for what it is, perfume shop ). Too much time was wasted because of these cases. The level of guides is decent but I have had better guides. We are almost forced to write a good review (he almost got angry because I wrote it in my language)
