ガイドに問題あり
ナイル川クルーズ『ガイドに問題あり』
ガイドが怠慢でルーズ過ぎる。集合&出発時間は常に15～45分遅れた。ガイドが最後に来たり、客が揃っても点呼が始まらなかったり。そのため、観光時間は大幅に短縮され、船へ帰る時間は遅くなった。昼食15時、夕食21時になったことも。また、予定されていたメムノンの巨像には行かず。説明もなし。
バスの車内では、ガイドが4席を占領し、後ろに客がいるにも関わらず、大きくシートを倒してきた。また、乗客半分以上が仮眠している中でYouTubeを音量を下げす再生。無神経過ぎではないか。
ルクソールでは、土産物店2件、飲食店2件へ強制的に連れて行かれた。特に、昼食に連れて行かれたレストランは、ハエが無数におり酷く不衛生で不愉快極まりなかった。
時折、他船のツアー客がバスに同乗し、送迎のためムダに遠回りした。説明がないので詳細は不明だが、金銭の受け渡しを目撃した。
連絡事項は、WhatsAppで全て英語で送られてきた。ただし、ツアーとガイドの評価依頼(5つ星をつけて下さい、ガイドの名前を記載して下さいなど)だけは、日本語翻訳されたものが送られてきて、呆れた。ガイドの怠慢、無神経、不躾な態度、すべてがストレスだった。
また、送迎車バンの運転は、荒っぽく命の危険を感じるほどのスピードだった。あの運転に対して、チップを払わされたことが腹立たしい。
チップは、ツアーが始まる前に「これは決まっている」と4日分1人25＄を強制的に払わされた。
このツアーを二度と利用することはないでしょう。勧めることもありません。
ただしクルーズ船のスタッフは、みんな親切でフレンドリー。とても気持ちよく過ごせました。

Nile Cruise
While the ship was quite old and in need of some updates to improve the comfort of tourists, what truly made the experience memorable was the tour guide and some of the staff members.

Once in a lifetime trip
This was a truly amazing experience. Our guide Dr. Khalid was very knowledgeable, and we felt very much at ease with him. Travelling in Egypt van be quite intimidating but he sorted out everything and we were able to see places that we would not have been able to go o our own, like Abu Simbel. The cruise was really good. Friendly staff and great food.

Great Experience! Dr. Khalid was an amazing guide who was very knowledgeable with the history of Egypt and especially the sites that we saw. Also, listen to the tips he gives you when buying, tipping and being amongst the locals. 32 years of experience and I will suggest him to my friends and family.

Cruise the Nile and discover the beauty of upper Egypt
This was our first visit to Egypt and we wanted to see many of the ancient and historic temples and monuments that are located along the Nile River - not to mention gain an appreciation for the mighty Nile River itself.
We discovered this Nile River cruise with professional dedicated guide and decided to book it. The length of time and the loaded itinerary were right in line with what we were looking for
Even before we arrived in Aswan, the booking company sent us a few welcome messages and let us know what to expect. Our tour guide Talaat also personally reached out, welcoming us and reassuring us that we would have a great experience.
Being considerate of every detail, Talaat arranged for a private pickup from the airport for us, and then, when we arrived at the ship, he was there to greet us in person. We appreciated that he took the time to sit with us and review the itinerary together.
This experience was absolutely amazing. The temples, ruins, monument and structures were awe-inspiring, but Talaat put so much effort into explaining to us the symbolism and reasons behind what we see today.
A proud local, Talaat is researched, knowledgeable and passionate about Egypt’s storied civilization, history and culture. He loves to provide important context, which allowed us to imagine what it would have been like when these structures were in their heyday.
By the end of the tour, we felt profoundly grateful to Talaat and are completely satisfied with this booking. He is a great tour guide and a safe bet. This is why I am more than happy to provide this recommendation. Thank you for the epic adventure Talaat and Egypt Best Holidays! Shukran!

TERRIBLE service!
Wow, I don't even know what to say.
We reached out multiple times via multiple channels to try to get responses, and we finally found a number on their website that is in service (the number on trip advisor is not in service, and they don't answer messages or emails).
These are the responses we received when asking simple questions. The person could have said "sorry, I don't have the answers but I can try to connect you with someone who does", or they could have said "sorry, due to the nature of our cruises, we won't know the answer until the day before the cruise departs".
Instead, they chose to be astonishingly rude.
Do better.

Talkative Abdo is a very kind man also handsome. He told us a lot story about ancient Egypt. We had a very good time here.
