Enjoy the Mighty Nile while riding a traditional Felucca sailboat that has been used by ancient Egyptians until now. The boat is equipped with bathroom and Sundeck that makes it comfortable for traveling between Aswan to Edfu. Dance like a Nubian while sitting around bonfire. Sleep under the stars and swim in the Nile. Chat with locals to know more about the Nubian culture and traditions. Visit Daraw village that famous for vegetables market and the centre for selling camels that brought from Sudan. The Camel market takes place every Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays. Visit the ancient sightseeing along the Nile such as Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples, Moreover, The unique sandstone quarry Gebel El-silsila.

3-night trip on the felucca from Aswan to Gebel Silsila was defenitely the most amazing experience of our 20 days trip in Egypt. The crew, Shagy and Yusri, were incredibile in making us fully enjoying this very unique cruise on the Nile. The food also far excedeed our expectation: 3 always different and abundant meals per day, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care by Yusri on the boat, which resulted in some of the bests we had in the whole trip. An experience that we definetely advise!

Relaxed enjoyable sailing tour with best food
It was just wonderful! The Felucca was very nice and clean. Achmed speaks very good English and is an excellent cook. Together with Falid, they had the sailboat fully under control. The children (9 and 11) were also enthusiastic.

1 night felucca trip from Aswan
Had a awesome day, night on the felucca with Medo and Tahla 4th/5th October. Very relaxed day with a swim along the way and food was amazing for the tiniest kitchen in Egypt. Highly recommend for a change of pace and a chance to chill.

Felucca trip from Aswan
We had a fantastic time aboard a Felucca with Medo and Tahar. They made our experience so special with their warm hospitality and amazing cooking. Communication organising the trip was excellent. I can’t recommend this company enough. It was a highlight for us in Egypt

What happiness!
We spent 4 nights on the felouque with our guide and 3 crew members. An unforgettable experience😍. I was traveling against the advice of my doctors after a large infection of the small intestine, but the crew was great. Attention to perfect hygiene and delicious meals, with few means, but tasty and I had no problem. Sailing in the wind and current is so relaxing. The visits en route were strong, especially with a peasant offering us his dates and coming to greet us the next day with his donkey and a little 8 days old. Daraw remains a strong experiment too. Bridge crossings , sometimes technical (when no wind) take place in calm and control. Anyway! Recommended! A husband filled with the multitude of birds to photograph, he who does wildlife photography. Thank you for these 5 days of happiness!!

Awesome experience!
Our 3 night felucca cruise with JJ Jamaica was fabulous. We lived like kings. The 2 skippers were excellent sailors and amazing chefs. We stopped at temples, had a wild tuk-tuk ride through the market town of Daraw, and swam in the Nile every day. The beds were comfortable, the food was ample and delicious, and nothing was too much of a problem for the staff. A highlight of our trip to Egypt.

The best thing we did in Egypt
I can’t speak highly enough of this trip. My family spent 3 nights on a Felucca - my partner and 2 teenage girls. Our Captains, Meedhu and Euseree, were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the scenery was amazing. And it was so relaxing and comfortable lounging and sleeping on the massive lounge/bed area. This is a must do - the best thing we did in Egypt! So much better than the massive cruise ships pumping pollution and the Dahabyia which is mostly pulled using a tug boat.

Once in a lifetime trip
Incredible trip, we stayed on the felucca for 3 nights and had a great time meeting other travellers and experiencing the Nile! Our captain Shaggy was Incredible and the room had the most incredible tasing food 👌 Would recommend! Our only tip is to bring a cigarette to USB/USC adapter as there was only one on the boat to share between passengers and crew.
