Rude company
I would not use this company, there are many to chose from in Egypt, chose a kinder one. Every interaction I had was quite rude. I even tried booking other things with the company and the people in the office were also rude. The driver came late, when I texted the company they eventually replied when I was in the Car rudely about it. When I said we eventually did leave late they said the driver was waiting for me outside despite the instructions clearly saying he will greet me in lobby, it was a minor time difference but was more rude no one ever just said sorry. This is an expensive trip, go with someone polite. When I met the driver himself I put my hand out to shake it with a friendly greeting, he looked at me and wouldn't shake my hand. I speak conversational Arabic and tried even in Arabic to ask how his morning was, he was still rude. Later I tried to hand him my phone with translate and an Arabic keyboard and he just handed my phone back. The only kind person was the guide at the temple itself. Every other company I've used in Egypt has given me small juice and snack in the car, out of kindness. This was the longest and most expensive trip I had and they were the only one not to do that.

Good price. Everything...
Good price. Everything went well. There is a coffee/pee break on your way there. We had 90 minutes to visit the temples. Don't hesitate to book. Pro tip: book the ride of 10 am to avoid the crowds.

Good price but not exactly as advertised
The price was right on this trip so that was a big plus. However, when the vehicle arrived, it was confusing because it was a van, not a car. It was not "Latest model" as advertised. While I am fine with rolling with a situation it delayed us a bit from our departure, as the driver did not speak English very well and I was concerned that because it was a van that could holds maybe 10 to 12 people that we would be picking up other people at different resorts. When he did not understand my questions, he had to call his boss to confirm that this was our vehicle. Water was supposed to be supplied but there was none in the vehicle. We had to ask for it every time we were thirsty, and it needed to be purchased by the driver at different stops. The air conditioning did not work that great, especially in the back of the van. It is very hot this time of year there. Altogether we made it to the site, but with the delay and slower driving of a van instead of a car, we arrived later than planned and thus instead of being there before the large crowds we were in the thick of it. All of this caused us to come back to Aswan about 1.5 to 2 hours later than we had hoped. But that is how travel goes sometimes. Our driver did a good job and we felt safe during the trip.

Conductor increiblemente profesional y detallista y guia muy bueno correcto y conciso.
Desde el minuto 1 muy atentos. Llegamos en el tren nocturno desde el cairo hasta asuan, que salio con retraso y hablando con Asmaa en todo momento no nos puso problema para avisar al conductor de que esperara.
Una vez en la estacion de asuan, vemos al conductor con el cartel con mi nombre pendiente todo el rato para que no nos fueramos y una vez en el coche… ha sido el mejor viaje de nuestra vida con un conductor increible, atento, detallado y coche impoluto. Ha sido nuestro mejor conductor de todos los tours que hemos contratado sin duda alguna, asi se lo hemos transmitido a el, que aun no sabiendo ingles ni español, con su sonrisa, gestos y detalles nos trasmitio una tranquilidad enorme y nos encanto.
Se lo quisimos hacer saber, igual que cuando haces algo mal te lo dicen, cuando haces algo bien todavia con mas razon hay que decirlo y fue taaan agradecido que hasta nos cogio un detalle de bebida de coco tipica para el camino de vuelta, que evidentemente no hacia falta que hubiese hecho.
El guia por su parte tambien muy amable y detallado con ma explicación con un español bastante bueno.

everything is fine
totally good! the car is clean and the driver is polite. Everything goes smoothly! although the price is a little bit expensive, i would still recommend it.

Long drive but worth it
Nice trip. Driver and guide were very courteous and nice. Trip was comfortable. Place is really good.

Todo perfecto.
Conductor muy servicial, educado y agradable. Salimos a las 9:00 y en menos de 3.5 horas estábamos allí. Sitio precioso para nosotros solos prácticamente al no estar con todos los cruceros que salen más temprano.

We had a wonderful experience with our driver Chico. He was on time, we felt safe and he shared a lot of information about Egypt with us during our journey to Abu Simbel. I highly recommend this company.

Viaggio piacevole
Autista in orario, guida sicura, viaggio piacevole.
Unica nota negativa: ho chiesto più volte di confermare il pick up point, mi è stato confermato, sollevo la questione che è su un’isola, ma viene nuovamente confermato; ma essendo io su un’ isola, la mattina alle 5 ho dovuto trovare il modo di andare dall’altra riva del Nilo a mie spese, dovrebbe esserci più attenzione.
