- The name of the boat is decided few days before the trip when it gets the sailing permission from our government as all cruise tours in Egypt
- Children under the age of 6 years are not allowed for the balloon trip.
- We drop off all our customers to Luxor east bank hotels and available to drive them to Luxor west bank hotels with extra 10 us dollars per person at the end of the Cruise Trip
- We pick up all our guests from Aswan east bank hotels and available to pick up from west bank hotels or Aswan airport with extra 12 us dollars per person
- Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
- All bookings for 3 persons, will be accommodated in 1 Cabin (Room)
- For bookings of 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11.99 years, one triple room (with three beds) will be provided. , otherwise you can book for 3 adult and one child in case you want 2 rooms

We made this cruise with our two-year-old son and ran the thousand wonders, the crew was super friendly, tireless, our guide Khalid too, the hygiene, the comforts was all great! I recommend!

Our experience on nile cruise from aswan to luxor
The views for the tour were good, but too little time allocated. Our tour guide khaled was slightly above average. Highly recommend that khaled bring a flag or an item to help us find you. Hot air balloon was disappointing as they allocated almost 40 over people in a single balloon thus making it stuffy and making the balloon not go super high and landing in a farmer plot instead of the designated area. Spent a long of time waiting or delay of the attractions.

An experience which is a must for any individual wishing to enrich her/ his knowledge around the Egyptian culture
- well organized by Khaled El saadi who efficiently divided the time between sights and was more than helpful by sorting all our requests, making the trip more than relaxed. Also well delivered/ knowledgeable explanations to all sights and cultural experiences - magnificent experience to open your horizons re the Egyptian history - the boat trip was smooth and did not have to worry about anything with plenty of activities to fill ur time and always relax at the pleasant sundeck - cabins were average since the boat seems to be in need of a small refurbishment - food (buffet) needs to be enriched with more options since all lunches were the same, with little to no variety. Also the quality needs to be upgraded. - numerous options with the choice not to join and receive refund for the prepaid temple tickets

WONDERFUL
The cruise was such a wonderful experience. There was such a range of prices. I must confess that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality/price of our cruise. Khaled, our guide was on top of everything, accommodating everybody's needs. We paid upon arrival to the boat for all temples' entrance and boat staff tips, which made the experience so flawless. Khaled coordinated everything! Super knowledgeable.

Nice cruise. Contact with the guide, Khaled El Saady, was easy and thanks to him the visits went smoothly and smoothly. The program was respected (except for the unfinished obelisk in Aswan). The boat and cabin were ok. Very interesting visits and unforgettable sunsets on the Nile.

Nice experience
These 4 days were pleasant and we did not see the past time. The guide Khaled El Saady, very considerate, accompanied us from beginning to end and the tours are well organized and flow smoothly. The program described in the cruise presentation was respected (except for the unfinished obelisk in Aswan). The boat (New Adventure) is quite nice and the cabins are okay. Unforgettable sunrises and sunsets over the Nile.
