Great overview tour - you see all the highlights in one day! There is a great deal of walking up and down long staircases and you top it off with a 100+ step trek at the catacombs - but all worth it. The traffic situation is your bonus as it is a true adventure!

We were a little nervous about traveling in Alexandria, but we had an excellent driver that managed that insane traffic and a tour guide that was very knowledgeable and took us to see many sights. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the spelling of her name but believe it was Nahaila. The tour itself was amazing but it is very scary when so many are carrying rifles and wearing bulletproof vests everywhere you go. We were on a cruise and chose this over the cruise tour and really had an excellent time. Small group private tour is the way to go.

Our guide Shaimaa packed a lot into the day. We visited all the major sites in Alexandria and Shaimaa gave us the history and pointed out all the points of interest. We were never rushed and our driver managed the chaotic Alexandria traffic with great skill. Great day thank you Shaimaa..

The biggest problem we had was the Viator changed the time to 8 am to start and it was as was advertised at 9 am. The guide was a bit soft spoken and difficult to hear. They had to stop to buy water for some of our participants. The sites were good.

Very good tour. We saw all the major sites as well as just walking around to get a feel of the city. Our guide was very accommodating to our interests, as well as informative. The lunch was spectacular overlooking the harbor.

Our guide Karim was truly outstanding. His knowledge and professionalism made this tour exceptional. We were a little late arriving, and as a large group, we were always slow to proceed. However, his concern for our satisfaction was always at the top of his concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable of the locations we visited and made the entire tour seamless. His english was very good, and his upbeat outlook was constant throughout the day. The driver was excellent navigating the chaotic streets of Alexandria and again provided seamless service. I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to other travelers. :)
