A great tour
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible experience in Dahab and would absolutely recommend this tour! Our guide was extremely attentive throughout the entire day, always taking the time to explain everything and making sure we were enjoying every moment. He has excellent knowledge of the area and speaks both English and Russian very well. A special mention also goes to the drivers — they were amazing! Very attentive, friendly, professional and incredibly patient throughout the whole experience. We felt safe and well looked after at all times. Everything was very well organised, and the entire team made us feel welcome from beginning to end. Dahab is already a very special place, but having such a great team made the experience even better. We highly recommend this tour! 🇪🇬✨

Complaint regarding our excursion – request for a commercial gesture
Hello, We wish to express our deep disappointment regarding the excursion we took. First of all, the bus was nearly 30 minutes late, without any information or WhatsApp message from you. I had to call you myself to confirm that the driver was indeed coming to pick us up. Upon our arrival, no apology or explanation was given to us. Next, when we arrived to pick up the equipment, we encountered a problem with the instructor, Safi, who wanted to make us pay additional fees. What is particularly regrettable is that he did not know that I understood and spoke Arabic. We were also forced to rent a life jacket, even though it was presented as recommended only for people who do not know how to swim. This situation made us very uncomfortable and the children were even scared. I actually had to take a photo to keep proof of the payment made, because we really felt forced to pay for an additional service that was not planned. We consider this way of proceeding to be totally unacceptable. When we explained to Safi that, during our booking, we had spoken with your team, he replied, in essence, that "behind the desks, you know nothing about the excursions." Such a remark is particularly shocking and does not correspond at all to the professionalism we expected from your service. Furthermore, the excursion did not correspond at all to the photos presented during the booking. We had specifically chosen this activity because of the setting presented in the photos, with a lagoon, a reef, and a dock, but the reality was very different. Regarding the camel ride, it lasted barely 5 minutes, watch in hand, which is very far from what we could legitimately expect. During the 4x4 canyon part, we were also very surprised to see that the driver seemed to be barely 15 years old. This situation raised serious questions for us regarding the safety and supervision of the excursion. Furthermore, Safi did not accompany us during this part of the activity and we were practically left alone with the photographer. He was constantly soliciting us, to the point of preventing us from fully enjoying the moment. Instead of being a pleasant experience, it generated a lot of stress. We also want to point out that this was our first excursion with you after six trips to Egypt. During our previous excursions booked with GetYourGuide, we had always been satisfied with the organization and, at the end of the activities, we were in the habit of spontaneously leaving a tip for the accompanying team, in dollars, euros, or Egyptian pounds. This time, no one made us want to make this gesture, so disappointing was our experience. Finally, our manager Safi left the bus before our arrival at the hotel, leaving us with the driver even though there were still about 20 minutes of travel left. Here again, we found this very unprofessional. In view of all these elements, we are currently discussing as a family to decide whether we maintain or cancel the other excursions planned with your agency, and whether we turn to the competition. We hope, however, that you will take this complaint seriously and that you will be able to offer us a significant commercial gesture, in particular in the form of a partial refund for this excursion, given all the problems encountered. Gran Canyon and Blue Hole
It was a fascinating all-day excursion, a should for travellers. Camel ride and quad ride at the Dahab coast was so fun. After that Blue Hole snorkeling was so enjoying, there were plenty of fishes on the reefs. Then delicous lunch in Bedouin tents. At the end the Gran Canyon and safari ride on desert was cherry on top. Thanks to our welcoming and experienced guides Tommy and Hossam completed smoothly. We laughed a lot, we enjoyed a lot. Price was worthy.
