It was a great experience! I felt very well taken care of by the team during the whole time. A special thanks to Captain Ahmed, he gave me the confidence and safety during the whole parasailing flight and stay on the boat. It was a lot of fun, gladly again!

Aweful, chaotic & avoid! We got told to meet at the Novotel in Naama Bay, then I get in the taxi to find out there’s 2 Novotels in the area. Reached out to Salma who had messaged me about the trip in the morning and no response, got to hotel and messaged again and no response. Management at hotel rang the number and nobody picked up. Waited 20 minutes and then went looking for their office along the front. The manager there admitted the mistake and then quickly fiddled around to make the best of it. Clearly they didn’t know we were coming. Then Salam messaged us saying how was our trip after avoiding calls and messages and took no accountability for events. It was all shocking!!! Don’t use Sun n fun

The team is simply amazing! The perfect combination of friendliness and professionalism. My 2 kids had a blast and the 3D video and pictures at the end make it such a memorable day for the entire family forever. I recommend 200%.

Me and my daughter had the best experience! Everyone was very friendly. Sun n Fun have been around for a long time and they are definitely the most experienced and trusted crew that you'd want to choose for your tours and expeditions.
