Memorable Tour with seamless service and Top Quality Accomodation
We booked the 5 day cruise on the Oberoi Philae at relatively short notice through Luxor & Aswan Travel. Their organisation was perfect and we were greeted at each point by both a private driver and guide, who in some cases saw us right up to the check-in desks at airports. The private driver and guide was absolutely invaluable when it came to seeing the many breathtaking sites along the itinerary and allowed us to take our time where we wanted to to get a real appreciation of what we were seeing and where we were. The Oberoi Philae only has 22 Cabins which are expertly appointed and much larger than normal river cruising cabins. The food and service on board the Oberoi Philae was excellent.

Perfect organization
Our trip to Egypt was perfect thanks to Luxor and Aswan Travel. Since the first contact, Hany El Desouki (reservation manager), helped us to configure our trip with great patience and quick and accurate answers. He helped us to choose the Nile cruise and he managed everything in a very quick and professional way. Perfect.
Once we were in Luxor, Yasser, our Egyptologist guide, guided us into ancient and present Egypt with his huge knowledge of the theme in a very fun and deep way. He is always looking forward to the traveller's needs and wants and he adapts everyday trips to get the best experience.
The driver's team and the quality of the vehicles provided by the travel agency were perfect as well. New and clean high standard vehicles with experienced and safe drivers.
The cruise itinerary is stunning and all the top sites on the Nile are included. We could see many differences between our trip and many other traveller's trip in terms of quality and time spent on the visits. We saw tourists groups forced to visit and visit stores meanwhile we were visiting temples, tombs, viewpoints... Yasser helped us to find a few real good-quality stores that we asked for. Only the stores chosen by us.
For animal respect reasons, we asked to avoid horse-drawn carriages or camel rides and it wasn't a problem for them. They changed the carriages transfers quickly into a car without any problem.
I strongly recommend choosing Luxor and Aswan Travel.

We had an amazing time with our wonderful guide Shema. We miss her very much. She was truly the best. The cruise was great too. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good time.

Wonderful Nile Experience
Our family trip was truly excellent and memorable. Everything well organized, safe and smooth. Ahmed our tour guide did an super job. He is very attentive and knowledgeable and anticipated all our needs. We very much enjoyed the week. Hani, who helped plan the trip and arranged all the bookings is very competent and highly customer oriented.

The best agency to travel to Egypt. AAA+++ in attention!
I made a reservation on Luxor & Aswan travel from Spain, having searched for a specific cruise ship that I wanted to hire and having verified that this agency could sell it to me. I took advantage and hired a full tour from Luxor, with a private guide who spoke Spanish, Yasser, and whose services ended in Aswan. I also assumed the risk of making two transfers of travel booking money from Spain to an Egyptian bank, based only on my readings of favourable reviews from trip advisor and other travel websites and on my discussions with Hany, the head of the Agency.
Well, I have to say that it has been one of the greatest successes of my life, the risk was certainly worth it. Not only did I get a very good price compared to what you can get for equivalent Private Service from Spain, but the professionalism of your guide Yasser, an expert in the monuments of your country and a good person with skill to get the best conditions for visits ahead of the normal tour operators, and a careful service and with a premium attention by all involved, from Hany himself to Taha, who personally attended us until leaving us at the boarding gate of our flight, after waiting with us at the airport more than three hours for an unexpected delay only confirms that there is no better way to visit this country than this Egyptian travel agency and that it is worth you to contact them from the beginning if you want to organize the best trip of your life to this unforgettable country!

Unforgettable
Having a guide with so much knowledge made our vacation unforgettable there were no questions my family had that he did not know the answers, our guide Michael Farah took very good photos and also did not allow the locals to sell us overpriced their items. I recommend this very professional company.

Shima is the best tour guide in Egypt
I found Luxor and Aswan travel when I was desperate to plan a last minute trip to Egypt and none of the usual high end travel companies could move that fast. It was Hany the manager who picked up my call in the middle of the night Egypt time and assured me he could make this dream trip happen and he could do it in less than 10 days. So we booked our tickets to Egypt and hoped that Hany and his team would be there to make it happen. From the people at the airport (who were there to ease our way through the visa process) to all the drivers, we were never disappointed. We spent a couple of days at our hotel to acclimate to the time difference and on our third day we met Shima. Shima became our everything. She is an excellent Egyptologist but also a fierce ally. She looked after us like a mother. My daughter got a cold, Shimma insisted on stopping to get her medicine. When merchants became over zealous with their sales tactics, Shimma warned them off. If I could have a tour guide like her in every country I would never stop traveling. Many other people on our cruise were traveling in groups of 12-18. We had Shimma all to ourselves. I cannot recommend Luxor and Aswan travel more. I hope other Americans can look beyond the usual big name luxury guided tours and take a chance on this local company. I know I will tell everyone I know!
