Great.
Hiring her is a unique experience. Good balloon duration, very organized, friendly, punctual. Only the tea and written guide if you request it are not even given tea. They should delete it from the ad.

A must do experience!
Little expensive compared to others but they take you the closest to the historical places while also going the highest. Must do activity!

Impressive to repeat
It is an unforgettable experience that should be done at least once in your life (I celebrated my birthday in the heights lol) It does not dizzy, it is very smooth ascent and does not feel bad, hotel pickup very punctual very good coordination, this Enterprise is serious. We missed the diploma for the flight.

Horrible and inaccurate
Horrible! Please don’t book from this company. I booked for a 4:30 am sunrise flight. They delayed it to 5:40 and then the earlier flights went up but they said we cannot cause weather has gotten bad. They were not transparent and communication during was terrible. It will spoilt your holiday

Door to door service, a fantastic experience overall. Only disappointment was landing in a rubbish dump at the end. Would recommend Hod Hod, the company

Most magical experience!...
Most magical experience! The initial getting there was chaotic and disorganized. once we were in the air it was so cool. Could see everything. Be aware that they are very large baskets and put 32 people to one balloon. If you end up in a certain section of the basket you might not have as good of an experience depending how the balloon is positioned and you’ll be looking over people to see things. Also some balloons had not even taken off yet when the sunrise was already starting. So I think sometimes the experience you have is based on luck. We were fortunate to be in the air at the right time and in a good spot.

Great experience!
Wonderful experience! Prompt pickup - driver met us right in the lobby of our ship. Beautiful views during our balloon ride - staff was wonderful in helping one of the members of our party who needed assistance getting in and out of balloon Landing was very smooth. Highly recommend using this company for your balloon ride!
