At first I was very worried about going on this trip to Luxor alone as a woman, but I had a wonderful driver and a guide who was at least as good, if not even better, who took me by the hand in Luxor and showed me wonderful things. It was a fantastic, impressive day and I am infinitely grateful to have done this tour, despite all my reservations. I can recommend everyone to choose the private tour and let the experience of an Egyptologist guide you through Luxor. Pass the crowds of tourists and see and experience the things that interest you individually. Take your time where you want and go on where it is not so interesting for you personally. I gained an enormous number of great impressions and everything I wanted to know was explained to me in detail. For me it was simply the most impressive experience of my entire vacation. We booked a 2 day private tour from Port Ghalib to Luxor. What a wonderful 2 days we had. The whole tour was perfectly organized. Everything went smoothly and perfectly! The drive to Luxor took 5 hours and we had a very good driver. We were picked up everywhere on time. We arrived in Luxor on time, where our extremely friendly and super nice guide/Egyptologist was waiting for us. The guide was fantastic, he told the most beautiful stories and was very attentive and took good care of us. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. At the hotel that was arranged (Steigenberger Nile) we had a great room with a Nile view. These two days were extremely special. We felt very pampered. The lunches were great. The driver was super good. The tour guide is fantastic. How well organized and we felt safe. Book here, you won't regret it. Really well organised!!! Thank you Memnon Reisen. The tour was great, there were three of us and we were picked up at 5 a.m. in a minibus. There were already two drivers on board, who took turns (morning/afternoon). The guide joined us in Luxor, his name was Nasch. We changed the order and avoided the crowds, we didn't have to queue anywhere (not even at the Valley of the Kings) and we were able to see everything. The guide's expertise was very good, we were explained a lot. I would definitely recommend the trip again. The food was also good, from drinks in the vehicle to lunch.

Friends recommended the company MEMNON to us for a tour from Soma Bay to Luxor. We (two couples) were picked up at the hotel at 5:15 a.m. by two drivers in a well-maintained 14-seater minibus. The four-hour journey to Luxor was very entertaining and safe due to the changing landscapes. In Luxor we were met by Mr. Naschaat Obaid, who spent seven hours showing us and explaining various sights in the city. This man is the jewel of the Memnon company. We hung on his every word and listened. His knowledge and his communication is in a class of its own! After the return journey we were safely delivered to the hotel. I did alot of research before going to Luxor from Hurgada as the road is long. And we wanted to make sure to eliminate as much driving time and waiting time as possible, which would be if traveling with a group by bus. After seeing so many positive reviews of this company, we decided to book them, just for two of us. This was really the best desicion!! They arrived on time, at 5am. The car was comfortable, with AC. Very good driver Ibrahim, driving fast but careful. The drive from our hotel took 4,5 hours one way and 4 hours back. Our tour guide Harby was very knowledgable. He took photos of us and gave us enough free time to wander around on our own. If you plan to go to Luxor, I really recommend going with them, and book private, you will save a lot of time and won't be as exausted . We booked directly from their website, which helped to have a lower price.

We traveled from Hurghada to Luxor with Naschaat Obaid as a guide and Ibrahim ... as a driver. Both deserve great praise, as Ibrahim drove us confidently through the landscapes of Egypt and Naschaat provided us with valuable information about the culture and history of the people of Egypt. Naschaat also took us past all the crowds with a special offer, so we were able to enjoy all the sights to the fullest and without having to queue. Thank you very much for that! The organization of the entire trip went smoothly. Communication via WhatsApp before departure was flawless. - early contact, constant information about the next steps and we received quick feedback on questions afterwards Exemplary!
