Left High and Dry!
Didn't go... The time on my paperwork said an 8:30 am pickup. They supposedly came at 7:45 and waited till 8:00 and left without us. They said they tried to contact us on Whatsapp.... Just installed Whatsapp for our out of country trip for just the Egypt party invited by group leader. Don't know anything about this app and being contacted on it. Didn't know people can call people, etc. And it didn't say on the paperwork that if there is a change they would be contacting me on whatsapp. We were waiting by 8:30 and by 9:00 am called the number on my paperwork and was told that they tried contacting me on whatsapp and since I didn't respond and didn't show up they left without us. They said they would refund out money through Trip Advisor for being left high and dry. Please contact them and get your money, so I can get my money back. I have used Trip Advisor for our trips around the world and have never had anything like this happen to us. Plus the guy/driver was very rude who I spoke with!

Esperienza bellissima a Ras Mohammed! Il fotografo è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e professionale.
