We had a nice experience on the MS Steigenberger Regency. Our private tour guide Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable, educational experience at every stop from beginning to end. He even helped us explore and shop in Luxor and Aswan, separate from the planned tour stops. It was easy for us to add an extra day with the tour company/Ahmed to see Abu Simbel, even though we didn't plan in advance. The cruise was nice - comfortable, clean, and the food was pretty good. The staff, especially Mohamed in the dining room, were all extremely kind and helpful. We will be recommending this company to our friends who visit!

Wow. Sayed was the private tour guide for our family. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history but he’s also a very interesting,engaging and informative teacher. We felt so connected to the lessons he taught us about the Egyptian gods, temples, tombs and kings. His humor and kindness made us feel that he was more like a friend than a guide.We had two young children (4 and 2) which made it a challenge for him to plan our days. He involved the children in our activities! Our cruise was a success because of Sayed and his guidance. We encourage you to ask for him specifically.

We took nile cruise for 4 nights and additional Abu Simbel tour on Day 5 . It was a family holiday with a difficult combination of young boy of 10 and a young lady of 19! We added a few ‘ top up ‘ excursions - Hot balloon on valley of Kings was an excellent experience for all .Trip to Nubian Village at sunset was romantic and out of the world ! However - one simple advise never travel in Egypt without a experienced tour guide . It makes a huge. huge difference ! Unless you can speak fluent Arabic you won’t be able to enjoy here . Tips are expected everywhere, better to talk to the guide how much to give . we genuinely felt lucky and blessed to have Sayed Taie . He was with us for 5 days ! from 4:30 till mid night ! He even took the hassle to see us off at the Aswan Airport on our way back to Cairo . At times we struggled to convince my young boy to see temples after temples ! Sayed kept him busy with his very friendly gossips and stories - My Uni going daughter admired Sayed’s management in crisis !! What we liked about this man we sincerely tried to make our tour a memorable one and saved money in lot of venues - Sayed even helped to bargain in local bazars . His jokes and funny stories made us laughing during long journeys. I genuinely recommend Sayed Taie specially if you are planning a family holiday to Egypt . Our Cruise ship was Acmar which is a standard Luxury boat - you can choose any boat ( i believe all are of same standard )

Um tour extremamente completo a todos os níveis, o guia Mou Fetas muito experiente e com muitos conhecimentos sobre os monumentos visitados, super divertido e excelente fotógrafo 🤩 Todos os transportes eram muito confortáveis e tinham AC. Sentimos seguros em todo o lado e sempre bem aconselhados pelo Mou.

Everything was great on the cruise ship: Food, service on board, cabin, friendliness, entertainment. Visits of the sites were also great. We had a very good guide (egyptologist). Mostly, we had an excellent service from Egypt Unlimited Tours. Mohamed was always ahead of our needs. He is the best, very professional and efficient. He has a very good team with him. We highly recommand Egypt Unlimited Tours and do not hesitate to book with this agency.

What an epic trip! Mohammed who runs Egypt Unlimited organised for us the 5 day cruise + Abu Simbel with Egyptologist and a day trip to Giza & Saqqara with Egyptologist. Both of these trips were fantastic from start to finish. We do not normally book through an agency preferring to travel on our own but we quickly realised the cruises are best booked through an agency who know the boats and guides and can help you navigate it. 5 day Cruise (Luxor to Aswan) + Balloon + Abu Simbel We had our own private egyptologist guide Ahmed Salame who was just amazing, he was recommended to us by friends who did this trip earlier in the year. Ahmed quickly figured out how we liked to operate and rearranged itineraries and offered his suggestions on how to get the temples at the best times. Not only that he managed to get things to happen on time (a miracle we later realised in Egypt!), plus his knowledge of the archeological sites, and being able to read the hieroglyphs was astounding. We had a fantastic journey with him and highly recommend him to everyone! Plus Ahmed and Mohammed managed to get us an upgraded boat and upgraded suite! It was the most amazing cruise I've ever been on! TOP TIP: Add in an overnight stay in Aswan or Abu Simbel as the day trip out and back involves 7 hours of driving - eek! Balloon ride - DO IT. We have done it before in Cappadocia but this was something special!! we were very happy we did it. Giza + Saqqara Day Trip Wonderful guide Ramadan took us to the pyramids with his very concise explanations and great suggestions it is no wonder he was named Guide of the year. Do request him if you can ; ) Again everything was organised incredibly well. Final note: If I had to say anything it would be that I was a bit worried at the beginning because we only got email confirmations of things - no pdf itineraries or plane tickets until the last minute. But my worries were allayed as everything was perfectly planned and organised. We had trouble on our return flight as Egypt Air suddenly bumped a load of passengers to a later flight (grrrrr) but Mohammed was amazing at helping us out.

We regelden een Nijlcruise van 4 nachten plus Abu Simbel-tour, Valley of Kings-ballonvaart en Giza / Saqqara-gids met Egypt Unlimited. Mohammed en zijn team maakten dit de reis van je leven. De gidsen waren uitstekend en hielpen ons onderweg het beste van elke ervaring te maken. Ze zijn altijd beschikbaar voor hulp en advies en lijken er echt om te geven om de reis speciaal te maken. Ik zou 100% aanbevelen om je tour bij hen te boeken. We hebben nog nooit een cruise of rondleiding gedaan, en het is meestal niet hoe we reizen, maar ik zou deze specifieke reis niet op een andere manier doen vanwege de uitdagingen om onafhankelijk door Egypte te reizen. Het voelde helemaal niet als een 'pakket' en we hadden de flexibiliteit om over onze schema's en activiteiten te onderhandelen. Het hebben van een privégids maakte een enorm verschil.

We hadden een geweldige tijd op deze reis. Het was uitzonderlijk! Moustafa is absoluut geweldig! Hij is een gemakkelijke gids die de hele tijd flexibel bij ons bleef. We zagen alles wat we wilden zien en zelfs wat extra's. Dit is het beste reisbureau dat we tot nu toe hebben meegemaakt tijdens het reizen! Ik raad zowel Moustafa als Egypt Unlimited ten zeerste aan:)

We waren erg blij met onze gids Mustafa. Hij accepteerde genadig onze verzoeken om de tijdstippen van rondleidingen aan te passen om hitte en drukte waar mogelijk te minimaliseren. Hij paste het tempo en de inhoud van de rondleidingen aan onze interesses aan. Hij hield ons op de hoogte van het schema en eventuele wijzigingen in de timing. Hij faciliteerde het toevoegen van een paar toevoegingen aan het pakket tegen redelijke vergoedingen. Als je deze sites in je eigen tempo wilt zien, raad ik je ten zeerste aan om deze privétouroptie te kiezen.
