Verken de oude cultuur van Luxor en Aswan en de prachtige Nijl. Magnifique croisière sur ce bateau. L Alhambra est un superbe bateau qui nous a fait passer une inoubliable semaine sur le nil Personnel super gentil, nourriture correct. Cabines très spacieuses. Bref, un régal.

Deze cruise was meer dan geweldig. We mochten zeilen met de Crown Emperor, een prachtig schip, een goede hut, geweldig personeel, omg, we hielden absoluut van elk van hen. Hun gastvrijheid was fantastisch, ze behandelden ons als koning en koningin. Het eten was elke dag heerlijk en 's avonds was er entertainment. Onze gids Mahmoud Hassan was een uitstekende gids, hij was zeer pedagogisch en een geweldige verhalenverteller. We raden u ten zeerste aan om een cruise als deze te regelen met een privégids met reizen naar Luxor en Aswan.

De teamleden van Memphis waren simpelweg hooggekwalificeerd. Hun leider, de heer Nasr, was zeer attent op onze eisen en zorgde echt voor ons. We voelden ons zeer gerustgesteld door zijn vermogen om leiding te geven.

We had the most incredible time in Egypt thanks to our wonderful guide, Dr. Ashraf. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable, personable, and genuine. Everywhere we went, people would come up and be happy to see him (even beyond the usual: “you have the best tour guide!” talk you hear on many tours). Even outside of his extensive knowledge of ancient Egyptian language and archaeology, he taught us so much about current Egyptian customs and culture. We had a great time just talking with him even after the tour days were over. By the end of our tour, we were even enjoying reading some hieroglyphics (not required!). And, of course, we felt extremely safe as well. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to learn about Ancient Egypt in a relaxed environment, while also just enjoying the beauty of the sights. We loved it!

The best part of this trip was our tour guide Omar and all the wonderful knowledge he has about Egypt and history. We didn’t have to worry about anything from the moment we arrived in Luxor and we’re picked up by the tour company representative. We were able to visit many different places with the option to see more if we wanted. There were some challenges as we had to bring a travel chair for easier transportation. Some temples and tombs were more difficult to maneuver since the ground was not even but Omar helped each step to get my mother the best views possible. I enjoyed travel through the city on the horse carriage and boat to the island temple of Philae. The food was good with a selection for anyone to choose. The staff were very friendly. The only thing I would complain about was the smell of exhaust in my room and throughout the ship. There is not much one can do about that though since the boat spent much time on the dock. The room was good and the beds were as expected. There are vendors on the ship to get souvenirs in case you don’t want to go to the market. They may be a little bit more expensive. Overall I am very happy to be able to go on this trip with my mother and special thank you to Omar who made us feel safe and like part of the family.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. Firstly Hany was so responsive and arranged everything so it was completely stress free. Our guide MoMo was the highlight, what agreat guy! His English was perfect and he took time to explain the history behind everywhere we went Nothing was too much trouble and every little detail was thought through and perfect. We would highly recommend doing the hot air balloon ride too. Despite the conflict in the region at the moment, we felt completely safe at all times and it is obvious that the Nile area is operating the same as always. We can't wait to arrange another tour through Hany next year!

Everything extremely well organised. The company and guide went out of their way to be helpful. George Edward, our guide, was top class. Very knowledgeable and passionate about Egyptology and broader subjects. Taking into account that he is even busy studying in this field doing a post graduate degree made us feel very privileged. Hany from head office was also constantly in contact to make sure that we everything is going well. We can thoroughly recommend this compony and of course George as your guide.

From when I booked with Hany to our personal guide Ahmed sliem all was exceptional, Ahmed did a fabulous job and ensured all went to plan and was very knowledgeable, the boat itself was nice the food was good and we were upgraded to a premium cabin which was wonderful. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to book with Luxor & Aswan travel and request Ahmed as your guide.

Luxor and Aswan Travel - an outstanding tour operator that delivered in every respect. Administration prior to the trip was excellent - queries were always answered by return. The services of Hassan our Egyptologist were outstanding, his knowledge and passion for the country was infectious, The Nile Premium boat surpassed expectations, it was comfortable, the food was varied and tasty and the staff friendly and attentive. Transfers arranged for us both in Cairo and Luxor were reliable. Hany at Luxor and Aswan Travel put together a brilliant and memorable trip.

Maar een belangrijk onderdeel van deze reis was om Hany van Luxor en Aswan Travel als adviseur te hebben. Onze vlucht naar Luxor was overboekt en we waren te laat voor onze cruise. Hany verzekerde ons dat alles goed zou komen en zorgde ervoor dat we een topgids hadden en dat we niets misten. Hij heeft de hoogste integriteit die ons hielp bij al onze handelingen.
