Geweldige ervaring en naadloos geleverd door het hele team. Elk deel van de ochtend liep als een klok - inclusief het ophalen van een van de riviercruiseschepen - en de piloot slaagde erin om ons een ongelooflijk uitzicht te geven op de verschillende tempels op de Westelijke Jordaanoever van Luxor. Overall great experience. Abdullah and the team were experienced. Felt safe, the ascent and landing were smooth. There were about 16 people in the basket. Only criticism was that they spent a lot of time arranging and rearranging the groups. We were picked up from the hotel around 5 and sat around waiting till 6.45am

Wonderful experience to fly over Luxor West Bank. We watched ancient Egypt structures and sun rises from up in the sky. Hotel pickup was on time and the balloon landing was smooth.

Early wake up but waiting for long time to fly - well cover yourself in December during waiting is cold. Experienced crew nice fly experience of about 45 minutes. I always felt safe it was my first flight in a balloon. In spite we paid for the upgrade to vip balloon, we were squeezed in six into a corner of the basket, with limited possibility to move and take pictures. So I thought I could have saved the cost of upgrade of 10 USD each.

Excellent experience, good arrangement for pickup, old and creepy car though. Half an hour flight over all the temples offering amazing aerial view during sunrise. Need to have good warm clothes for winter months. Need to have physical fitness to get into and out of the basket.

ホテル前に定刻通り4時30分に現地へ出発しました。現地で1時間程度待機した後、気球に乗りました。気球になる時間は思っている以上に長く、とても充実した時間や過ごせました。ルクソールに来た際はこの、ツアーに参加するべきだと感じました。

Zeer duidelijke communicatie de dag ervoor met bevestiging van hotel pick-up & timings. De gids, en de heteluchtballon piloot waren erg vriendelijk en veel plezier! Iedereen bij dit bedrijf was geweldig. Ik vond het geweldig om de zonsopgang horrorballon te doen... heel vroeg om de dag te beginnen, maar wat een ervaring. Echt prachtige uitzichten... kreeg te zien vallei van de koningen, het prachtige groen en suikerriet velden en Hetshebsuit tempel. We zagen de zonsopgang, maar meer op de grond als ballonnen werden opgeblazen - dat was een fantastische ervaring ook. We hebben een deel van de zonsopgang in de lucht vastgelegd wat geweldig was, maar je moet wel wachten op de doorgang van het luchtverkeer om ervoor te zorgen dat het zicht, de wind etc veilig zijn om dit te doen. Een geweldige ervaring - zou zeker aanraden!

Our sunrise balloon ride went smoothly, even though the company tried to cancel the day before due to weather. Pickup at 4:30 AM was on time, and we reached the launch site about an hour later. The biggest downside was how crowded the basket was, about 20 people with almost no room to move. I highly recommend paying extra for a smaller group if you want to truly enjoy the experience and take unforgettable pictures and video's. The flight itself was beautiful. We caught the sunrise, the weather was perfect, and our pilot was friendly and informative. They offered photos and videos for purchase, but the quality was poor and the link wasn’t downloadable or easy to share. I wouldn’t recommend buying them; take your own if you can. I messaged them explaining but they didn't seem to understand that people want a video that can be shared on social media. Overall, despite some inconveniences, the experience was unforgettable and definitely worth the splurge.
