Cancelled flight
Unfortunately the hot air ballon ride was cancelled on two occasions, so can not comment on the experience. But great communication from the company. Few days before hand WhatsApp sent to me asking for confirmation of trip and requested passport copies Night before trip sent message that due to bad weather trip was postponed to following day or full refund. Rearranged day and then night before confirmed flight is cancelled and full refund has been authorised.

Una experiencia inolvidable
Si bien no nos dieron café ni nos cruzaron en barca como decía la descripción, nos buscaron puntuales, se comunicaron antes por mensaje y nos llevaron hasta el sitio. A la vuelta nos dejaron en el hotel. Es impresionante ver la cantidad de globos y lo profesionales que son. Muy buena experiencia 100% recomendable

Hermosísima actividad! Solo que en mi opinión tardaron en buscarle a los demás pasajeros de la van y ya estaba amaneciendo cuando llegamos al lugar y no vimos el amanecer desde el globo. Nuestro globo tampoco subió muy alto por lo que la vista del Valle de los Reyes etc no fue lo que esperaba, de veía más las plantaciones sobre las que volamos. Pero me gustó la experiencia

Amazing experience, a must do in Luxor
Initially cancelled due too wind, but rebooked for the following day and luckily the weather improved and the flight went ahead. It was an amazing experience, very well organised, and the crew was super professional and accommodating. I took the sunrise ride and I'd recommend it to everyone who is visiting Luxor. You won't regret!

Expérience incroyable ! Très bien organisé et ponctuel. On a été dans les aires pendant 40-45 minutes.

It was extremely late with our drop off so we missed sunrise and they had way more people in the basket than advertised. Definitely cool seeing the temple from the air but I’d recommend saving your money on this one
