We had a really lovely time. We were collected in a mini bus of 12 passengers, taken to the boats the cross the Nile with other bus loads of tourists. After crossing we again were bussed to the location. Approximately 25 balloons full with 32 passengers each took off. It was a magnificent sight. The winds blew us back across to the East bank again and we got to see the whole of Luxor. We landed in a field of sugar cane. The workers were excellent and so was our pilot. Don’t forget to put money in the pot for the workers and to tip the pilot. Awesome experience for all. Very smoothly run event. The ride home was very well organised and we were all done inside 3 hours!

We had a lot of fun with the trip. Staff was very helpful and friendly including our pilot Ali.
Definitely recommend the sunrise duration and if going during winter to dress warm and comfortably.

La peor experiencia en Globo Aerostático en Luxor: Una Reseña Crítica
Quisiera expresar mi profunda decepción por la experiencia reciente en el paseo en globo aerostático con su empresa en Luxor. La canasta estaba sobrecargada, excediendo la capacidad máxima, lo que resultó en una experiencia incómoda y peligrosa. Mi novio sufrió quemaduras en el cuello debido a la falta de espacio y la proximidad al elemento calefactor.
A pesar de la advertencia del conductor, de que la canasta ya había alcanzado su límite con 20 personas, el organizador llamado Halil, añadió a dos personas más. Tras conversación con esta pareja, descubrimos que Halil cobró el doble a estos pasajeros y los trasladó de un globo a otro durante una hora antes de ubicarlos en el nuestro.
Este comportamiento es inaceptable y refleja gravemente en la integridad de su empresa. Exhorto a una pronta investigación y acciones correctivas para evitar incidentes similares en el futuro. Recomiendo a otros considerar alternativas para una experiencia segura y agradable en globo aerostático en Luxor.
Tras el viaje se lo comunicamos a Halil, el cual no mostró ningún interés y escribimos a la compañía local para explicarles lo que había acontecido y a día de hoy sigo sin recibir una respuesta.

Arnaque au film et vidéo : ne prenez pas
Beaucoup de temps perdu entre le moment du rdv (4h15) et l'embarquement dans la montgolfière à 6h30, par 4 groupes de 5 personnes. Attention : cela est déconseillé à toutes les personnes ne pouvant pas escalader le panier en osier d' 1 mètre de haut (il y a 1 trou pour mettre les pieds à 0,5m et 0,75 m) car il n'y a pas d'échelle.
Très joli moment ensuite, même pour ceux qui ont le vertige comme moi, il suffit de ne pas se pencher. Notre ballon a touché un autre ballon en plein air, mais il n'y a pas eu de soucis. L'atterrissage se fait en douceur. Mais perte de temps ensuite ce qui fait qu'au lieu d'avoir fini à 7h15 comme prévu, on a été libéré avec 1h de retard.
Par contre, GROSSE ARNAQUE avec le film et les vidéos proposés à la fin à 25 €, c'est du VOL car les quelques photos sont floues et il n'y a aucun film. Donc, ne vous faites pas avoir et refusez leur proposition de film qui n'existe pas et ne perdez pas 25 €. Cela a gâché ce beau souvenir de vol en montgolfière.
