Fue una experiencia increible. Quiero destacar la gran organización de la agencia. Nosotros llegabamos a Luxor la noche anterior (3 horas antes del inicio de la actividad) al barco y la comunicación fue excelente. Te escriben por Whatsapp y le mandas el nombre del hotel o del barco. Les terminé confirmando el barco casi a la 1:30 AM y a las 3:30 AM teniamos al representante en la recepción esperandonos. A su vez, teniamos un problema porque teniamos otras excursiones ese dia que empezaban antes de lo previsto, pero pudimos arreglar con la agencia y nos solucionaron todos los problemas y nos han llevado al Valle de los Reyes en vez de al barco para no perdernos ninguna actividad.
El vuelo y el piloto fueron excelentes. Duró aproximadamente 40 minutos y pudimos ver el amanecer. Durante el vuelo hacia giros de 360º para que todos tuvieramos buenas vistas.
Recomiendo esta actividad y con esta agencia al 100%.

Magnifique . C'est formidable de voir de haut ce que l'on a vu en bas . Mais le vol est trop court, et nous aurions aimé monter un peu plus haut !

Hoogtepunt van onze Egypte reis. Ramadan de piloot was zeer bekwaam en leuk. Het hele operationele team was geweldig om rond te zijn en voelde me zeer veilig. Zou het iedereen aanraden

Perfettamente organizzati
In un mondo disordinato e senza regole come quello di Luxor abbiamo trovato questa esperienza decisamente ben organizzata e ordinata .
Esperienza consigliabile a tutti a tutte le età .
Unico piccolo gap e la l’ingresso nel “ bus “ come lo chiamano loro ,il cestone nel quale si entra con un po’ di elasticità ..
Comunque lo staff è presente e aiuta tutti a salire e a superare ogni titubanza .

Our adventure kicked off with a 5 AM pickup—right on time! Our driver didn’t speak much English, but just enough to get us where we needed to go: straight to the field and onto a hot air balloon. Muy recomendable. Nos recogieron en el hotel en donde nos quedábamos aún sin aparecer en la lista que ellos tenían en la web. Llegamos justos para ver el amanecer, pero finalmente pudimos verlo subidos ya en el globo. Desde el inicio fueron muy atentos y se pusieron en contacto con nuestro guía en Luxor para facilitar los trayectos.

Safe for seniors!
Went with a group of 7 senior adults (in our 70's). We were nervous about getting in and out of the basket and the landing. Well...no need to be nervous. Lots of staff to help get in and out of the basket and the landing was feather soft. A great experience. Not to be missed!
