Nadat je je vroeg in de ochtend hebt opgehaald bij je centrale Luxor-hotel of cruiseschip, reis je met een voertuig met airconditioning naar de lanceerplaats op de westelijke oever van de rivier de Nijl. Geniet bij aankomst van een lichte snack en versnaperingen voor de vlucht en ontmoet uw deskundige piloot en grondpersoneel. Luister vervolgens naar een uitgebreide veiligheidsbriefing en stap met je piloot en verschillende andere passagiers in de stevige mand van de ballon. Voel vervolgens je adrenaline stijgen terwijl de felgekleurde ballon in de nog steeds donkere hemel opkomt voor je vlucht van ongeveer 45 tot 60 minuten.

Pilot Ali & guide Yousry
We had an excellent morning watching the sunrise over Luxor. Our driver and guide were promptly on time, after which we took a motorboat to the West Bank whilst enjoying coffee and tea. Once arrived at the take off position, we had to wait quite a bit for approval (although this is completely out of the company’s control). Whilst waiting, we were entertained with music and dancing. Once the go ahead was given, all the screw rushed over to get us in the air as soon as possible. After a lovely flight, our pilot Ali made us land very safely and softly in a field. We would highly recommend this experience.

We had a wonderful balloonride!! Smooth organisation, very helpful en friendly staff. Celebration dance upon landing putting a nice ending to the experience!

What an AMAZING experience. Hot air balloon was #1 on my bucket list and to do it watching the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was so sweet and attentive. It was my bday and they made it that much more special. THANK YOU for an unforgettable experience

Incredible experience, weird aftermath
Overall this was absolutely amazing! Everything ran like clockwork, perfectly on time, perfectly orchestrated , a massive emphasis on safety and the flight itself was magnificent! Out of this world with incredible views! Our guide was really lovely, great fun and really kept things going well The only downside was that he asked us all to give a review, then made us all hotspot to his phones WiFi, write a trip advisor review that he checked before making us submit it... Really weird and it made the whole review process disingenuous! He would have had a glowing review , there was no need to be like a teacher checking our homework or forcing us to review him! Also, we were on the outside and our heads got burned from the heat from the fire...not blister burned but really hot and we got smothered in hot smuts

So disappointing
Honestly really disappointed. Not by the flight, because the view was amazing and it still was a great experience. But we chose this company partly because it was well rated, we understood why, they almost write the reviews themselves ! They tell tourists what to say, the put adjectives and give them a 10! Plus, we were the only group dancing in a circle and waving in front of the hot air balloons before they took off because they wanted to film us and make us buy their video at the end. We looked very silly and that was a shadow on our experience. Like many things in Egypt, there are hundreds of tourists in front of the baskets, it is difficult to take pictures in the air without having to turn to be on the side of the void. It really is an industry and that's too bad... The other companies won't be really different I'm afraid. You can also choose to just enjoy and try not to focus on the bad side of course ! Just write your own reviews.

The pilot Ali and Mr Youssry were great. Great experience for balloon ride. Amazing views of East and West. Highly recommend this tour.🎈
