Nadat je je vroeg in de ochtend hebt opgehaald bij je centrale Luxor-hotel of cruiseschip, reis je met een voertuig met airconditioning naar de lanceerplaats op de westelijke oever van de rivier de Nijl. Geniet bij aankomst van een lichte snack en versnaperingen voor de vlucht en ontmoet uw deskundige piloot en grondpersoneel. Luister vervolgens naar een uitgebreide veiligheidsbriefing en stap met je piloot en verschillende andere passagiers in de stevige mand van de ballon. Voel vervolgens je adrenaline stijgen terwijl de felgekleurde ballon in de nog steeds donkere hemel opkomt voor je vlucht van ongeveer 45 tot 60 minuten.

We seemed to be a bit behind on the launch, but it was good to know they were waiting for confirmation on our safety. We ended up floating longer than expected, which was really nice. The flight was amazing! It was calm and peaceful and incredibly beautiful. The staff worked hard to stabilize the landing and helped (even lifted!) people out of the basket if needed.

What an incredible experience! Guide Tyson was fantastic—punctual pickup, super informative, and friendly throughout. Pilot Ramadaam (or Ramadan) was professional, skilled, and ensured a smooth, safe flight. The sunrise views over the Valley of the Kings, temples, and Nile were breathtaking—truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Luxor. Worth every moment! 🎈✨

Great experience. We were contacted a day before to finalize all the details, we were offered to upgrade to a smaller basket of 20 people for an extra $10 a person which we accepted. We were picked on schedule, had to wait a little longer to get clearance from the authorities so we missed a sunrise by a few minutes. The ride was awesome, lasted over 30 minutes. Landing was very smooth. Our pilot Ramadan was very professional explaining everything along the way. Highly recommend the tour and the company.

Super expérience à ne pas manquer. Très bien organisée et l’attente n’en n’est pas vraiment une puisque voir la préparation et le rangement des montgolfières étaient un spectacle à part entière. Merci à notre guide Mohamed ainsi que son équipe pour leur bonne humeur et leur jovialité.

Départ à 5h ; 5h5 à la réception nous nous sommes pris une brasse pour 5 mm de retard pour au final monter dans la montgolfière à 7h du matin quand le soleil était déjà bien levé et que toutes la majorité de montgolfière étaient déjà dans les airs . ( du temps à attendre dans le bateau puis dans le mini bus sur place qu’on nous donne des nouvelles ) Bien évidement magnifique le moment où on était dans les airs grâce aux paysages magnifiques mais assez déçu de l’organisation. En + de ça on nous a proposé de payer 20$ en + pour être « premium » alors qu on était exactement dans les mêmes conditions que tous les autres. ( 20 au lieu de 35 environ alors que pas du tout ) Ne payer pas le supplément ça ne sert à rien Je recommande quand même car c’est un moment magique

We boekten de heteluchtballon bij dit bedrijf een maand voordat we naar Luxor reisden en alles volledig bevestigd maar een dag voordat het avontuur plaatsvindt, hielden ze ons op de hoogte van upgrade van standaard naar premium die we extra moeten betalen. Na, we vertelden hen dat we zouden moeten houden als een standaard dan, ze annuleerden onze boeking meteen omdat ze graag een andere groep die extra kan worden betaald te nemen. Ze vertelden ons dat de ballon niet kon vliegen vanwege de wind maar op die dag vloog de ballon nog. Er staat helemaal geen wind. Als iemand bij dit bedrijf wil boeken, wees dan voorzichtig. Ze zullen ook profiteren van het toerisme.

In eerste instantie leek het er niet op dat we de ok van het leger naar boven zouden krijgen. Dus we misten het zonsopgang gedeelte van de vlucht. Nadat we de ok hadden, hadden we een prachtige vlucht.

We had a horrible experience. Never have I ever experienced this after travelling 6 continents and over 25 countries. Our tour was confirmed and booked. When we contacted the vendor to finalize pick-up details, they asked for our information again (location and passports) and then heavily hinted that there is "upgrade to vip package'' that we need to consider. Our original tour mentioned maximum 32 ppl, and they said it would be 35-50 ppl, if I want the 15 ppl experience i need to pay more. Once we expressed concern about the wrongly represented number and questioned this upgrade policy, the vendor stated that they don't have a tour for us anymore, effectively cancelling our booking within 12 hours of the start time. To be clear: 1. The cancellation was not due to weather or operational issues. 2. It was a direct result of our unwillingness to pay extra money after being pressured to upgrade at the time. 3. The vendor's actions were intentionally vague and manipulative, creating a "pay more or be cancelled" situation. This last-minute cancellation has made it impossible for us to book a different tour for today, which is the only day we are able to do this activity. There were four of us who regretly had to miss this once a life time opportunity. I contacted tripadvisor/viator right away, their response was not helpful at all, sent me links to other hot air balloon tours during the day. (I stated we were only able to make it to the ones at the same time- sunrise as we were on the river cruise too) I would never trust this company or the platform again!
