Nice flight, unpleasant end
The balloon ride was fantastic, offering stunning views at sunrise. The staff, especially Marolla, were very friendly and accommodating. After the ride, we joined the "free" breakfast... At 8am, we were treated to three traditional dance shows with extremely loud music. Unfortunately, there was a man who pressured us to immediately write a positive review of the tour. He got very close and demanded to see proof of my review, taking my phone from me when I struggled to log into TripAdvisor. He accused me of lying when I said that I wrote my review. This behavior is unacceptable. Customers who pay good money should be treated with respect. I don't mind paying more for tourist activities and tipping, but this kind of pushy behavior leaves a negative impression, no matter how enjoyable the tour itself was. No matter how much you tip it’s never enough. This is honest feedback from someone who has been on many tours – please be considerate to your customers and avoid being overly aggressive. This is the common pattern in Egypt but that doesn’t mean that everyone should behave this way. I promise you that people will be much more positive about the experience once you stop demanding endless tips and forced reviews (which are easy to spot).

Superbe expérience
Super expérience avec vol en montgolfière au levé du soleil et vue 360° sur plusieurs temples, la montagne de la vallée des rois et la vallée des reines ainsi que Louxor et le Nil. Puis traversé du Nil pour un petit déjeuné en terrasse avec vue sur l'eau. Le tout avec transport de l'hôtel. Je recommande totalement.

Amazing 😍
Nous avons fait un tour en mongolfière. c'était sensationnel. L'Organisation est incroyable, toute l'équipe est au petit soins. Nous avons pu aller à notre activité car on est venus nous chercher. Même les employés qui s'occupent de la nacelle de la mongolfière sont super gentil. Nous recommandons cette expérience ❤ Grand merci pour tout ❤

Navette a l'heure, personnel accueillant et tour en montgolfière très beau, petit déjeuner par la suite dans un bar avec vue sur le Nil Je recommande

Forced to write a review, accused of lying and getting phone taken out of my hand
Ballon flight was amazing, guides and captain organized it well and the views were spectacular. One negative thing I would like to point out is that we were sort of forced to write a review. The guy (Ahmed) stood next to us and demanded that we save his number on WhatsApp to get the TripAdvisor review link and open the page. He was very impatient, leaning very close over my food and making me feel very uncomfortable. He then demanded that we show him proof of the review + a screenshot. I had closed my browser after sending the review and I was accused of not writing one. He just took my phone out of my hand to check if I really wrote one. That’s definitely crossing a line and leaving the whole experience with a rather negative aftertaste, despite the wonderful flight and nice staffs. Please just remember that booking a paid tour does not give you the right to force a review.
