Amazing sunrise flight
Nice Tours arrange an amazing hot air balloon ride for us. We were upgraded to a sunrise flight. We didn’t spend too much time waiting around. We were picked up promptly at 04:15 from our hotel and transported by van and boat and van again to the departure site. The flight itself was amazing and such a unique experience to watch the sunrise. Everything felt very safe and well planned. It’s amazing to see how many people are working in a coordinated effort to make this flight. After the hot air balloon flight we were treated to a free breakfast whilst onboard a boat on the Nile. Best experience!

We missed the sunrise 😑
We were hoping to see the sunrise from the hot-air balloon but the takeoff was late because of disorder from the company’s side. I recommend the hot-air but maybe consider a company that is a little organized and ethical with time & time keeping. 10/10 recommend the hot-air though. Beautiful views.

Amazing.. synchronized launch of 21 hot air balloons.. Wow !!! All was so easy, hotel pickup, boat trip with coffee across the Nile, car to launch site.. Just do it ;)

Globo bien pero experiencia luego mal
Las vistas muy bonitas, se hace un poco largo y se suda por el fuego que mueve el globo pero esta muy bien, buena experiencia si no te has quemado la piel en tus días anteriores de vacaciones ya que el calor del fuego quema mucho. El problema viene luego cuando si te seleccionan “para una party con desayuno” el dia anterior, te llevan de paseo con el nilo con una comida horrible y encima hay un “guía” que insiste y prácticamente te “obliga” a ponerles una reseña, incluso te toca el movil para revisarlo.. todo esto fue con la compañia “Nice tours”

Unethical operator
This company is a 0/5. One the boat back we were all requested to write reviews and provided with the TripAdvisor link to Nice Tours. Ahmed Bahaa then asked everyone to write the review and checked everyone’s phone. I had given a 3/5 due to delays and the fact that we were the 2nd last ballon up although we were there early and there was no commentary in the air. Ahmed wanted to look at my review and then he started to interact with my phone. I asked him what he was doing and he did not respond. When I checked he had deleted my review. This company’s behaviour is highly unethical and their licence should be revoked. Don’t trust the highly rated reviews
