Private ride around Egypt.
Visiting Saqqara was an unforgettable experience. Seeing the pyramids up close was absolutely incredible and gave me a much deeper appreciation of Egypt’s history. The experience felt very personal and well organized, not rushed at all, which made it even more enjoyable.
Everything was tailored to my interests, and I had plenty of time to explore, ask questions, and really take in the atmosphere. If you’re in Egypt and want a more personalized, meaningful visit to the pyramids away from the crowds, I highly recommend this experience.

Saqqara, Memphis, and Dahshur Day Tour
Our driver, Salah, and guide, Eman, arrived on time, and the tour began positively. Eman was very knowledgeable and informative, and we truly appreciated being taken inside two pyramids at Saqqara and Memphis. This was something we did not experience the previous day, and it added real value to the tour.
However, several issues significantly impacted the overall experience.
As the sun came out and the heat increased while touring the desert, no bottled water was offered. I began to feel lightheaded and asked about water. Eman reached into her purse and offered me a bottle that was already opened and visibly used, with lipstick on the cap. I declined, this was surprising and uncomfortable.
I also clearly communicated that we needed to return to our hotel by 4:30 PM due to another excursion scheduled that evening. Although Eman assured us we would be fine, she added an unplanned stop at a carpet school that was not part of the itinerary. While the carpets were beautiful, it became clear this was a commission-based stop, and it cut into our scheduled time.
Lunch was pushed to the very end of the tour, and we ultimately returned to our hotel at 5:30 PM, well past the time I had communicated. This delay caused immediate issues with our next tour.
When we arrived back at the hotel, our next driver was already calling because pickup had been scheduled for 5:00 PM. Although we managed to continue with our evening plans, the situation was stressful and avoidable. After being tipped, Eman made a comment implying we should have known the pickup time, despite my earlier communication, and the departure felt tense. As they left, Salah honked his horn at me to move out of the way, which came across as rude.
While the historical portion of the tour was strong, the lack of water, poor time management, and added pressure detracted from the experience.

Bucket list pyramids trip.
Great tour of the Giza plateau with my guide Haidy, who was good company and knowledgable. I didn’t think I’d enjoy the camel ride but It turned out to be far more fun than I’d imagined. Going inside one of the pyramids was also quite an experience. The included lunch was a traditional Egyptian dish at a modern diner and was delicious. Overall, I’d recommend this trip.

Better than the Giza Pyramids!
By far the best pyramid experience in Egypt, not only for the wonders of Saqqara and Dosher but for our friendly guide Ibrahim and our driver, Ibrahim!
Early start at 8am, picked up on the dot, finished by 2.30pm that includes all tickets and lunch, as well as local snacks that Ibrahim our guide got for us, it was a very hospitable tour! Avoids the crowds entirely so you can be at peace.
Highly recommend going into the Unas Pyramid to see Amazing hieroglyphics and the bent pyramid, but be warned it is a challenge. We learned a lot from Ibrahim who was patient with our questions and provided extra knowledge!
We were taken to the customary shop to browse and potentially buy, but no pressure at all, so it was a quick pit stop.
Memphis was a lot less than I thought it would offer but it was more because of my expectations of the place, so you won't miss out on much if you skip Memphis, but we did get to see a huge statue of Ramses II.

An enjoyable day tour
Azza and her driver, Abrahim arrived promptly at our hotel to start this tour. They were both fun and engaging through this 6-7 hour tour. The sites we visited were interesting and not too crowded. At the end of the tour we visited a papyrus bazaar and then a gold and silver store. This afforded an opportunity to buy some nice souvenirs.
All in all an enjoyable day spent with Azza and Abrahim.

A Tour Fit For A Pharoh.
I had a great day on this tour with Akram and my driver Fares.
If you have any interest in Ancient Egyptian history then this tour is an absolute must. Giza gets a lot of attention, but Saqqara and Dashur are a must, and I found the old capital at memphis fascinating.
I was very lucky to have Akram as my guide. He is knowledgeable, articulate, considerate and funny, and I was engaged by what he told me about the history of the area.
Fares was a great driver, and negotiating around Cairo traffic is no mean feat.
Thank you again guys for an amazing day. I will certainly remember it for some time to come.
